WOYWW 302

Hi, deskers - I don't have much to show today, as I forgot to delve any further down the box that I started excavating last week.
We went for a quick drink after work on Tuesday to celebrate St Patrick's Day (love a pint of Guinness now and then!) so I was home later than normal.
So this is a speedy not quite desk share
My Fresco box got so full I had to buy a second one, but the stencils still live on top (for now) along with a load of new stamps I haven't got storage sorted for yet...
So I'll leave you to get on with the desks, link up is at Julia's as always...

Morning, Helen. Well, you say you forgot to excavate further - but you seem to have sorted loads... What an amazing amount of stamps. I'm with Mrs C - love the blender holdy thingys - they just look so great sitting there - my its just live in a box, all jumbled...
Thanks for visiting already.
Take care. God bless.

No excuses needed Helen....there's always plenty to snoop through over at yours ;-) Have a great week.
No early morning twinnie fun for me today as I'm recovering from a chesty cold caught from them last week so I'm able to have a leisurely snoop round the Wednesday desks :-)
Hugs,

Occasionally I read up on creating chalky paints (like Frescoes) from standard paint, and have been tempted, but at the moment my focus is less on the mess and more on the yarn. I'm sure I'll get back to it someday but not this week. Happy WOYWW day!

That looks like the desk of a bust girl Helen.

Lucky, but another three in the bag, good boost ahead of Sunday, but they will all need to turn up for that one.

It is so much joy looking at your "desk" as there is always a load to see - you really always make me want to buy something I see on your desk! Very naughty!:-)

Is this my future here? Boxes of Fresco paints ..... what have I started!!! There are times when I see myself creating just like you did at the Crop ... and then I wake up but the dream goes on. One day I will post about the journal on my desk - my only aim for 2015 .... how sad is that!!

Thanks for encouraging me, even though you don't know that you do!!

I love paints and now have several sets of acrylics, including some Fresco ones. Thank you for your visit today. I am lucky that the NEC is right on my doorstep, only about 20 minutes down the motorway, depending on the traffic. Hope you get all your sorting out done but get in some good crafting as well. xx Maggie #19

Never mind. I love drooling over your lovely stash! You have so much (a slight note of envy?)
Have a great week,

PS I'm thinking of our fellow desk hopper Shoshi today who's operation has been postponed yet again! I can't imagine how she must be feeling.

I get so engrossed in your creative space, that I have to always wipe the nose prints off the screen when I'm finished.....then I have to look again!!

Thanks for the earlier visit and the comment.....yes I did unearth a few vital things from the pile. Mostly die cut shapes and canvas boards.

Envy covers me right now I am afraid. You have had to buy another box for your Fresco paints? Oh I am envious. Lovely paints.
How many tiers are there on your carousel for your Distress thingies? Looks like three to me, Gosh you must have a lot of the tools. Which do you prefer - the rectangles or the circles?
Hugs and Thanks for visiting me

I think I just clicked my comment off - stupid me!
I said I was envious of you having to buy another b ox for your Fresco Paints. Just wish I had so many.
Then I went on to ask if your Distress Tool Carousel had three tiers and did it hold a mix of rectangle and round Tools. If so which did you prefer?
Hugs and Thanks for visiting me

Storage is always a problem for us crafters. We will never have enough. Love your inky carousel except I dont like those inkers with handles, I prefer the finger ones as I have more control

Lovely busy desk, Helen, and I do love the tag in your next post, too. (You can ignore the "I'm not a robot" and just click "publish your comment - it goes through fine. At least Blogger is playing ball a bit better these days") Thank you for your lovely comment, and you are quite right - nothing will be achieved by getting cross about the postponement, because it's nobody's fault, and my heart goes out to my surgeon. It must be quite a serious family problem if it involves him having to take time off work. I am hoping we'll hear something by the end of this week and ideally I'd like to be in next week, but nothing is certain. We will just have to wait and see. I expect he will do his level best to get this done asap for me, especially as he has had to put me off twice.

Happy WOYWW,

I sent off an order today - I had a win voucher from Country View but of course didn't stop at that! Sarah and I are off to a Dina Wakely workshop in Harrogate on Saturday - will I be able to resist buying too much at AFTH…I shall repeat "holiday" over and over to myself!!! Loved seeing the new stamps! Chrisx

Seriously.
