Layered Journal page

I started this journal page with some rejected ATC's that I started a while ago - they hadn't turned out how I wanted, but I wasn't going to throw they away!

I stuck the ATC's onto the journal page with matt medium and blended some Limelight and Zesty Zing Fresco paint in the spare space.

Then I added some Tim Holtz tissue wrap, and some stencilling (a mix of Beach Hut and South Pacific Fresco)

Cut some lengths of twine and stuck to different edges of the atc's.

Sponged some Beach Hut Fresco randomly to tone down the bright lime/yellow a little.

Also added some leftover mesh, some random stamping (a Magenta stamp) and some more stencilling with cobalt archival

Used the white Sharpie marker and a black pen to outline the leaves on the atc's.

Wow! Helen - this is gorgeous. I am trying to curb my rip up in a rage moments and to incorporate things. This is further proof that I need to restrain myself :)
