WOYWW 731 (early)

Ir's been another fast, but chilly week here in Sutton.. and it is time to share crafty spaces again with Julia at the Stamping-Ground.

I promised you crafting... well....

I bought some more supplies, because of course I don't have enough yet...

Paperartsy new releases last week... I didn't get all of them, that would have been excessive

I stamped out the minis,  (having re-inked my black pad, as I remembered to add a re-inker to the order!)

and played with one of the new Dina stencils from last week...

I was watching something on telly whilst this was taking shape, so not over happy with the colour stacking at the bottom of the page,  but I can always hide that

Saturday of course took me to Kew, another chilly start (where was the early sun that was forecast?  certainly  not over Kew!)
but the colour made up for it... I am optimistically calling it "summer colour" in my label for the post....
the geese were enjoying the plants at the Palm House...
and my Kew buddy Kim and I were loving all the poppies!

I see Julia has published early this week, so I'm going to post this "live" on Tuesday evening!!

Happy WOYWW(WOYTW)  !

Well, the early birds got the worms, I was only uploading for the link for my own early post. Wasn't going to post until the wee small hours though.
Love your spending, love the DW stamps and they have stamped up really nicely. Bet you have some great fun with them.
Strange, up to today it has been sunny up north, strange for us to get the weather.

Early birds indeed. You got some lovely stencils, especially those numbers. And Lynne Perrella has such an distinctive style. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for your unbelievably kind gesture of the ATC. Happy WOYWW from # 4.

Well spotted for the early link up. I wondered why there were so many ahead of me. Have fun with the rest of the new supplies Helen. Hope it's warmer at Kew this coming Saturday. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #7

Yes we have had a cool breeze here today and no sunshine. We soon get used to those warm sunny days when we get them! I love the new stamps - you will have fun with those. x x Jo

Hi Helen, the weather is quite changeable at the moment but no rain which might be good or bad. Our water butts are dry now which is not so good but the washing is drying well. It's usually quite warm right now while the children are sitting their exams. Certainly from your lovely photos you can't tell it was dull, so much colour. Wishing you a very happy woyww. The weather has been weird, it’s like a line has been drawn north-south through the country because we’ve had sunny weather which has been warm for the past month! I love those orange poppies at Kew and the rainbow colours of your stencil piece, so bright and cheerful.

So much to choose from this week - poppies, peonies and roses in the sun, the little ghost orchid, astrantia, but the water lilies have it, for me. Thanks for sharing your wonderful Kew photos.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Publishing early by mistake, but no harm done! I’m sitting in a car park, trying to catch up on you early birds already! I like the new releases those minis are actually very nice, but I’m not going there I’m really not!! I bought a bunch of new stuff about two months ago and haven’t even taken them out of their packets yet so that’s it for now. said no crafter ever! Early mornings are still chilly if you ask me but you’re Kew pictures are so cheery there just wonderful and the colour around is just a knock your socks off!

I have a bunch of Lynne Perella stamps but they are larger. Very similar in style. Now I may have to go hunt those up as well. I was itching for a smaller set... You are not good for my wallet. I am loving the mostly warm and sunny days (i a bit breezy) and the cool nights. Wish we could have a whole summer like this. Perfection, for ME, is warm-ish but not hot during the day and cool with occasional rain to water the plants overnight. Bliss
Happy Sunny WOYWW!

I'm so glad you left that comment about the ATC taking so long to arrive. I got both on the same day and it gives me an idea how long it will take for ATCs to go overseas. I'm having an ATC swap for T Tuesday's 10th anniversary. I need everyone to be aware if they are sending international.Yet another gratitude.

Great new stash. You didn’t buy all of them ? How many did you leave behind?🤣🤣. Was the goose eating the plants? Happy WOYWW. Angela #13

Love the new stamps and the bright colours through that stencil. The geese do love flowers don't they - for my last swim they were honking loudly while flying over head. Happy WOYWW. Take care, with love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#15)

Good morning, Helen!
Ooo I love the color of those poppies. Don't think I've seen any color other than the 'red/ orange'. You got me thinking this morning. Hoping to share something next week. Thanks for inspiring! Creative Blessings! ~Kelly #16
