WOYWW 567

It's time for our weekly meet up at Julia's for WOYWW  where we share our desks (floors)  and what's kept us sane in the last week of lockdown...
obviously the new goodies arrived during Wednesday but I saved them to share today...

You may have seen on FB that I have put some of them to use already over the long Easter weekend..

another Kew themed virtual walk

I also spent some more time enjoying the warm weather responsibly (stay at home, save lives)
it's a one brick-width wall but just about room to lie down!

I also enjoyed the shadows of my Philadelphus (mock orange) on my book as I was reading it

Back to work (home-working)  now so no more time to sit and enjoy the outside (and it's got colder too)  or day long crafting when I want to - but it was good whilst it lasted..

hopefully next week I'll have something else to share (craftwise, not been shopping !)

Take care, stay safe and happy WOYWW

Shock horror, you have not been buying. I thought you would have been internet shopping by now Helen - I might just beat you to it again. I can feel some cheering up coming on and I have some stamps lined up ready to purchase.
Stay safe and well

Great new stamps, Helen, and beautiful journal pages you’ve created, too. I particularly like the Kew-inspired one, and I’m glad that you are continuing to be able to enjoy your favourite Kew walks, if only in the pages of your journal! So nice to see you enjoying the sunshine.

Stay safe and well, and happy WOYWW,
Shoshi x #1 (beat you to the #1 place this week lol! Only because I had such a bad night and woke early enough to join in. Now intermittently dozing and drinking ever cooling cups of tea in bed!)

Morning Helen. Sounds like you had a good Easter weekend off work. Great fun pages, and lots of time spent in the sun - well done. Loved the fact that you can be comfy and safe on a one-brick-width wall! I certainly couldn't.
Take care. Stay safe. God bless.

Thanks for visiting, Helen, and I hope you are managing to keep your nose applied to the work grindstone despite the distractions of home and WOYWW! We are both bearing up splendidly. If you are living alone I think it would be much harder, though. Keep smiling! I am sure you will be back enjoying the pleasures of Kew before you know it.

Glad you’re mojo is returning, even if you are back at work now...hope it was just a sort of lockdown malaise...I wonder if it was because all of a sudden, there was a chance to do it in the day?!! Is work as full on busy as usual? Love that floral stencil. And I still like that pic of you on the wall....it may very well make it into my lockdown scrap pages...

So great to see you've found some crafting time and energy for your new goodies. Those pages are fabulous. Love the rich purples with the giant flowers (lovely words), and the mushroomy flowers in the sunshine yellow and green garden are wonderful. Those vivid red accents are great. My favourite is probably the Kew walk - another glorious tribute to your favourite place!

Love that you found a sunny spot to enjoy some reading time too... looks like a great little hideaway.

Good morning, Helen
what a sweet picture! Lovely to see your smile. While the wall might not be all that comfy, it does look like a good place for a short stretch-out. I'll have an update on my planner shelf this week, answering questions. LOL Creative Blessings! Kelly #26
