Wednesday again, can only mean one thing - time for WOYWW with Julia and the gang.
Thanks for all the comments last week
I had a couple of cards that I needed to make last week, so have actually something to share today!
I started with Dina Wakley paints sponged through a stencil (Paperartsy)one of these is a birthday card and the other an anniversary card for my brother and SIL
I also played in my A5 journal too
I was delighted to get back to Kew on Saturday after my covid absence - photos here don't you just love this sunflower!!
Thanks for looking, and happy WOYWW . I'll be over soon!

Great card Helen, and what a good idea to do the pen work on top of the stencilled flowers. Love those Distress colours you chose to use on your journal.
Have another good weekend at Kew.
Hugs, Neet xx

SUch a cool card Helen - no doubt inspired by those sumptious sunflowers. Glad you were able to go again this weekend. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #15
A lovely card, Helen and so good to see you back at Kew. Your photos were gorgeous. I loved the sunflowers, the weird mirror shot of you infinitely repeated and lots of the little details like the tendrils on the passionflower.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Oh my just came from Angela's page (#13) and she bagged some Posca paint markers from Asda. Never heard of them before, might need to go pack tomorrow and check it out.....love what you did with yours. That's some amazing sunflower glad you are well and back at Kew. Love your birthday card and pages and oh my that is a lovely sunflower!! Have a great week, love n hugs Cindyxx
I love sunflowers, I want to plat them next year in my garden somewhere. The squirrels will love them in the fall too! Love your cards, especially the white pen marks! Thanks for your visit, have a great week, Lindart #17
Love the card and the page. I have a lot of Paint Pens (Posca and others) and I am often frustrated by the nibs. They clog. They refuse to write, they blotch. I mean I love the IDEA of them but the reality is I am either just not good at them or I had old stock or (most likely) I don't use them ENOUGH for them to be free flowing. But you inspire me to keep at it :D Lovely Kew, BTW. Another hot one and dry so blooming photos preserve the beauty before it all dries out.
Late, but determined to DO BETTER this week!
Happy Tuesday! :D
