WOYWW 194

Welcome back to another journey through the workspaces here there and everywhere. Head Mistress Julia will show you the ropes...

So, What's on My Workdesk this Wednesday - week 194... Not a huge lot - a partly worked on journal page... so I decided to show you from a different angle this time!

Yes, I was lying down on the floor in the doorway!! At the front right are my Wendy Vecchi stamps and behind them a pile of (dirty!) stencils...which are on top of my Tim Holtz stamp plates.... and on to the craft mat... past the worn carpet and Ikea rug! Mind you don't trip over my heat gun flex... piles and piles of messy but much used, crafty stash!!

so this is the journal page I am working on.

It's based on one of Leandra's tags she has made in a You-Tube video which I hope to incorporate on here somehow!

So are any of you going to Stamperama in Stevenage on Sunday? I can't wait - Paperartsy apart from anyone else has LOADS of new products which they've been launching this week at Stitches (trade show) and some of which will be at the show on Sunday. I can't wait!!!

I'll try and remember to wear my WOYWW badge in case I see you!
Thanks for stopping by, I'll try and repay your visit.  There is a new TIO challenge at Dragons Dream, today; please come back later to see what we're dreaming of this time.

You do realise that photographing from a prone position makes you a professional now?? lol!! Seriously, it is amazing hor altering the shooting position can make a normal pic seem swizzy!!
The pages remind me of bubbles in the sky :) yay!

Loving that page spread. I am so enamoured of all things dotty. And DOH! Now I feel like I have to drag out a map and find Stevenage to see how far away it is...although I DID promise DH I would help him clean his office on Saturday, maybe I can bail when he isn't looking....

:)
Have fun!

Helen,

I love the circles they look like bubbles to me. So pretty. And I like that shade of blue.

You have lots of craft goodies up on that desk. I am always thinking that I should try a new angle when I shoot my desk too.

Have a blessed day!

Your page reminds me of blowin bubbles when i was a kid. Ohhh, the joy of it!
OMG if I got down on the floor to take my picture, I have to pan where to sit so I could get back up!!!
No more plop myself down anywhere as I need to grab a chair or a couch to help myself up. One leg doesn't like to bear weight from that angle...I might get stuck down there till spring!!!teehee With all those supplies though, I would be OK.

We love your journal page, we've been spraying blues the last couple of days and have the blue fur to prove it. We hope to go to Stamperama but it depends if they allow bears in,

Your journal is coming along nicely, though lying on the floor to take photos is a bit mad! Ha ha. Footy was good despite loss, we played hard and battled them but it wasn't to be. They are now top 3 so we didn't disgrace ourselves. Am so tired so early night needed despite going back to bed. Ah well. Take care & enjoy this week whatever it brings. Zo xx 59

Wow! Usually all we see is a wee square of floor so get no idea just how much more there is to your crafty stash :)

Look forward to seeing what you bring back from the show on Sunday.

Oh my G*d!!!! Do you have a wire rigged up to get from one side of the room to the other? Brilliant shot - and like others, I'd still by rolling round trying to get back up!

Happy WOYWW, hugs, Di xx

Your post has me chuckeling out loud. Trying to start a little photo competition are we? LOL Sometimes the floor just has more elbow room and knee room. Between the dog and the DH the floor is a forbidden zone in this room. Dog thinks she can craft and DH doesn't know how to step high enough to clear the creativity.
Very cool journal page start you have.
Thanks for popping by my blog

Hello Helen,

I love seeing how creative we also get about taking photos of our workspaces! Now, if I got on the floor to take a photo I would still be there today.......

Your journal page is very cool! I've told myself I really need to start journaling or doodling every evening - so far it hasn't happened yet......

Thanks for visiting and leaving a lovely comment.

Great view! Don't think it would work for me - I'd spend the whole time wondering how i was going to get up again - If I venture under my desk I need to hold on to my chair to get me up again!! Love that technique, saw the same u-tube clip I suspect! Have a great time at Stevenage, Chris141
