Last week saw me prevaricating about decanting my Tim Holtz idea-ology into these boxes (left, in front of my stamp drawers)... so has she? has she??
Well.... I tried....
but no. it is still in here... I took some out of one packet - into a drawer - and back again. Will have to work up to it!
Maybe next time! Trouble is, there's too much to go in this 3 drawer chest - and I think probably too much for the 16 boxes anyhow...
I am treating you to an arial shot today (no chairs were harmed in the taking of this photo!) to show the true extent of the mess around me on the floor that I work at - but no work in progress today! The cushion is the one I sit on at my computer....
writing my blog posts! Amazingly I got back in place before the self timer went off - and didn't fall over all the crap stash on the floor on the way! This is me in my cozy slob out at home gear! When I get back to my de-clutter, maybe I'll tackle this space too... (won't be throwing anything away though, just moving it around!) The de-clutter is still stalled.
Well, you'll probably never come back now you know what it's really like here - so I'll leave you to the rest of the workdesks!! Have a good week.

Helen, I wouldn't be able to throw anything away, either. You have so much lovely stuff to make things with. I am always impressed. And that photo of you was PERFECT. Happy WOYWW and feel free to drop by if you are interested in taking my free altered book classes. I'm # 30 this week.

It's good to see you :-)
I'm just doing a quick dash round to see what everyone is up to this week before my daughter comes out with the twins. We are doing a fitting for her Wedding dress and making a start with the Wedding invites....I can see a busy day ahead of me :-)
Hugs,
A x
I do not know HOW you can craft on the floor!! You must be very bendy, lol! I am fascinated by the sheer variety of stuff that you've got - and don't understand half of what it's used for! That's a non stamper for you... :)
I love that bubble wrap printed tag from your previous post, clever effect. But a Bubble Wrap Day, really?? Sigh...
Hugs! LLJ #68 xx

great looking workspace! I can't craft on the floor cause I could never get up again! I am offering up some blog candy so come leave a comment on my blog and get a chance to win! Thanks for sharing and have a great week. Vickie #87
Great space, looks a fun place to play. Enjoy this WOYWW. Zo x 89
Right time of year, and right weather, for cosy, slob-out gear.
I decanted all of my TH bits into a storage box (picture on my blog) but I couldn't quite get them all in. That tells me I have too much stuff, but then I knew that already.

Oh look, there you are!! You aren't in danger of being the lady that ends up living in one room, guarding her stash are you?!! Im kinda with you on the reluctance of opening those lovely packets...use the little drawers for something else, less well, beautiful!!
What a truly honest and rather inspiring WOYWW! I love that you are surrounded by all this potential - it will all potentially BE something - so thrilling! I love how you snuck into shot too! I would never be able to make it in time so I was doubly impressed today! Thank you for sharing!
Oh what a great room, fab piccys and i will be back because i soooo want to come and visit and play in your room, it looks amazing, Hope you have a great crafty week Lou x
A great snoop H. I thought it was only my room that is piled high. I do tidy it regularly but by the next day its back to being "comfortable" again!!
haha, decluttering gets in the way of creating so leave it for another day, that seems to my motto just now!
Happy WOYWW Debxx #8
A great post and a fab creative space :)
Have a fab WOYWW and a great week, Karen #108

Oh my word Helen, looks just like my place! lol!
I took all my ideaology out of their packets & put them in a plastic case with compartments, it takes up much less room!

It was great to see a photo of your entire space and the one with you in it! Maybe one day I will be brave enough to show my floors and second desk when I have something in progress. Danielle #22
Thanks for a great crafty snoop this week. Looks a bit like my space. Happy WOYWW!

Nice to see you in the picture Helen. Your WOYWW posts are always full of stash that makes others extremely jealous.
Looking forward to seeing you at Stevenage.

You are obviously a busy crafter with lots of lovely goodies to play with - who wouldn't want to keep them all?! -(Hazel, WOYWW #10) x
Half the fun of paper crafting is collecting! Love your stash~!
I think I'm with Stephanie ...but it is difficult when you totally forget what you have ...rather than delutter maybe we should just reorganize. I love slobbing ...I have several Jammies that look sort of joggy ...snd I want to live in them.
Be brave over the TH decanting ...maybe you need a friend with you as you do the deed lol xx
oh Helen, I never imagined you could get into such a 'pile of stuff'. (am trying to be diplomatic here)
I cannot believe how much Ideology stuff you have so now I am going to have to come down and raid your room. Judging by the last photo you just about fit into a tiny space.
Thanks for following my adventures over here - I come back next week - fly Tuesday. It's come too quick!
Hugs, Neet xxx
LOL! I love that you put in a picture of yourself as well as your desk. Hope you didn't fall after the blog post either! ;-)
Good grief! That's not a craft room. that's a shop! You know my teeth are on edge and my fingers are twitching to get in there and tidy it up, lol! Lovely to see you, but if you're not careful you're going to disappear under one of your piles, and we'll never see you again!! And that would be a shame, lol! Oh, and I love the slob about clothes, as soon as I get in from work I put pj's on!
Hugs

I think we'd all love a snoop through all your lovely stash!
I don't know how you don't get a cramp sitting on that little stool!
I'm attempting to visit everyone on the WOYWW list this week. t'is a daunting task but at least I'm trying, more than I've done before!

Oh Helen, your workspace looks very cozy and busy and creative. Lovely to see you at your workspace too - you must have moved very quickly to get back to your chair in time before the timer went off. Love your slob out gear - I always wear slob out gear - or about-the-house-clothes or clobber as I call them! Can't wait to change into them once I get back home.
Thanks for your visit to my desk.
Sherry x (139)
Wow, you do have some stash! But, like you I wouldn't be able to throw anything way - you just never know when you will need it! Probably the day after it's been binned. Thanks for dropping by the Cupboard, ikki
No, I love to visit clutter, so I'll definitely be back. I like how you admit up front that you won't throw anything away; that you'll just move it around. Honesty is good. I don't think your blogging spot looks that comfy though (the clothes do however!)
I can relate, I feel like I am constantly moving stuff around to open drawers, get at shelves! Looks like you have lots of cool stuff. Love the tags in the previous post.
Woah! You have a lot of stuff... a lotta lotta stuff!! LOL I think we should do a woyww self portrait one week... it would be lovely to see everyone in their little crafty spaces!!
Hi there Helen ah did have a chuckle at your post- - you just have room to craft - now ewe know why you work on the floor it is the largest area to put things and stash and bibs 'n bobs an all that sort of thing!, thanks so much for popping over, and for sharing. Happy WOYWW! Shaz in Oz. x #21
looks like things are headed in the right direction. Thanks for sharing your space
cor blimey and thrice Helen, how do you manage to find everything? I would lurve to have a rummage in all that gorgeous stash!! Sorry am late, doing a mahoosive catch up today :O))
Man, how I would love to come to your craftroom for a play date! I bet I could find some treasures you had forgotten about.
Happy WOYWW, sorry I am so very late this week.
Ha, ha don't worry I will always be back to snoop around all the lovely stuff you have scattered around!
Hugs,
Cardarian
you are beautiful
all the best on reorganising/decluttering your stuff
I LOVE that picture of you Helen :D Though my back once again protests at the thought of your sitting position and crafting on the floor. I'm imaging you in a few years as one of these people that has to slither in tiny gaps of the front doors to sideways squeeze past all your treasure :D
Am still at the it has to look worse phase of my tidy up. Must get the oomph to finish, I'll have so much more room to draw on my desk rather than my knee!
