Well here we are. Another What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday? Julia is our intrepid leader and desk marshaller... check out the info here I was scheduling this and heading for bed when I noticed Julia has published so, so am I!
My forthcoming trip had lots of you intrigued last week - I'll tell you more in a bit... first you want to see my desk right? I'd like to see a desk too... someday I will make it off the floor..
is it a pizza? no....
new toys!! stencils and stamps...
Tuesday was the last craft club - sad face!! - unfortunately my sister in law Lynne and her friend Toni who've been running it, have decided that as not enough people go regularly, they're not covering the cost of the hire of the hall, so yesterday was the last one...
I packed a little bag...
and once there started another masterboard with my Jo Firth-Young stamps...
and had fun colouring in!
Now for my trip - I'm going to Paris - to the Version Scrap show... with a group of mates from twitter/blogland... woop woop!! I leave Thursday morning so I am sorry, but I don't think I'll get to visit many of your desks - certainly not before I go - Wednesday night is packing night!
Stand by for lots of stash buying and Paris fun - watch this space - I'm back on Sunday!!
The increasingly inky and painty ramblings of a stampaholic, whilst kneeling on the floor. Yes, my knees do protest!

WOYWW - February Craft Club table..
Hello, and happy Wednesday (or possibly not depending on where you are and when you visit..) Time for another desk fest courtesy of Julia's Stamping-Ground
Tuesday night, being the first Tuesday in the month, was craft club - and journalling month! I took a little bag full of stuff - it weighed a ton taking it on the bus... do you think I had enough?
the ruck sack was full to the brim, and the pizza box held some stencils and my scrap book pages as the girls wanted to see them in the flesh.
Eagle eyed peeps may spot a set of stamps on the box too - a random blog prize from Paperartsy after one of their challenges (one of my scrapbook pages) last week - can't wait to try these!
spread out well at club... ha ha!! more space than I'm used to though.. and I introduced my sister in law to the joys of grunge paste - she loves it! I was lucky too as she gave me a lift home - very grateful as it was pouring with rain and very windy by the time we left!
and this was the page I created. - although I have added some black circles to it since, and obviously didn't take another picture!
Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday, I'll let you catch up with more desks now.

WOYWW? 240- craft club time!
Hello and welcome to another What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday? (except my workdesk is actually the table at the church hall where craft club is held once a month! This month we were stamping so I was in my element, and had a couple of birthday cards to make (one of which I did, but can't fully blog because the recipient reads my blog!)
this is my space on the table - ten minutes in! Spreading out and making a mess as usual...
Sneak of the card I can't show in full!
When I got home and unpacked, I also opened the post - some of the new Tim Holtz leaves, die cut by my friend Sam, because my one is stuck in the post - what a great mate!!
I did managed a second card at craft club too, it's not finished yet, but I quite like it so far (except for the torn bit where I didn't de-stick the masking tape and it pulled the card with it) Embellishments are called for now!
Thanks as always to fellow desker, BJ for the lift home because, just for a change, it was raining at going home time!!
Next month we're doing messy play - sprays and journal type work, so will be making a special effort to go again!
Hope you have a great day/week and I'll catch as many of you as I can.

WOYWW - Christmas comes to Craft Club
Hi, everyone. Welcome to another day of desk hopping round the world, thanks to Julia at the Stamping Ground for WOYWW.
Tuesday saw me at my sister-in-law's Craft Club for the first time in months - the first time since I started my new job in fact. I don't normally get home from work in time to eat and get back out again for Craft Club, but this month I happened to have the afternoon off work so along I went.
It was Christmas-themed so I took along supplies to make some more Christmas cards. I also forgot to take many pictures whilst I was there, so took these of my output, when I got home.
in the foreground is some of my stamping stuff, I was spreading out as usual! Lots of sewing going on, and some other ladies were also making cards.
Thanks for the lift home, BJ - hope you made it home before you fell asleep!!
I got 7 done....
and I now have quite a pile ready - all the insides stamped too! I will probably need to write out the list soon, so I know how many more to go - I usually get somewhere towards 70 made!
Hope you all enjoy your Wednesday, and I'll catch your desk soon.

WOYWW 213
So here we are again!! Thank you all for your kind birthday wishes last week, I had a lovely day. In fact I had a lovely week not working. This week I started my new job and it's pretty full on, I am in training at the moment (it's a job I've done before but need to learn their way of doing things and their computer systems) so am shattered!
Thought I'd share with you my hand made birthday cards I got last week as the post comes too late in the day to have included them on last week's post. Aren't they fab!! I have some very talented friends for sure.
Some of these are from fellow WOYWWers, others I know from twitter!

The first Tuesday in each month is my sister-in-law's craft club so that's where I was Tuesday night, we were doing cross stitch this time - been ages since I did any of that! Not sure if I will have stayed awake - will let you know (I wrote that before I went, I did stay awake but my eyes ache from counting teeny stitches now, lol!)
This is what I've done so far...2 hours worth!! with some chatting of course!
and this (the H) is what it should look like when I finish...!! Like I say, it's been years since I stitched, I used to do quite a lot before I got into papercrafting.
I will apologise now, that I won't be able to get round as many of you as normal, with my new job - there is no personal blog hopping during the day for sure now!! So it'll be what I can get in before I leave, and manage later. Hope you all have a lovely week...
