Hello deskers, another Wednesday has rolled round... Head to Sarah's for the link to WOYWW and share your crafty spaces..
the new goodies I was expecting last week, duly arrived at work on Wednesday
I opened the pack of tissue so you could see some of the design, it's Alison Bomber's tissue along with one of her new stamp sets and 2 of her stencils, and the smaller one is a Stencil Girl stencil by Seth Apter.I probably shouldn't have caved in, because Paperartsy have new releases again this week and yesterday (at the time of writing) I splurged ..... badly... again! Hopefully they'll be here for next week!
I used Seth's stencil in a square journal and then a couple of his stamps that came a few months ago. round the edges.
I also stamped the lavender on watercolour paper and used a purple Mattint to colour them, along with the leaves.

I've since fussy cut them out ready for use somewhere!
Kew wasn't exactly bright and sunny on Saturday, but it was mild... and the blossom was much more present.

The lavender is gorgeous. I love Alison's work.
Nice piece of work in your square journal.
Helen, you can't take it with you so spend what makes you happy.

Love the stamp set and stencils Helen and am sure the tissue will go beautifully when you use it too.. lovely stamping with lavender set too.
As long as you use the things you splurge on... that's the main thing.
Happy WOYWW 😊 Shaz in Oz.x
PS LOVED Kew, the dancing daffodils and the pinks all so beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
I would love to see how you use the tissue, I love it but never quite know how to use it or maybe just sooner keep it to look at Hee! Hee! What are we like buying more new stuff but guess Neet is right but could do with a bit more space to keep it in Lol! Sending hugs and happy woyww, Angela x11x
Well that’s a lovely new heap of treasures eh? I do like the designs very much, bet you’ll use those over and over, they’re just handy. The Kew pics are very pink but that’s ok cos they’re gorgeous. The magnolias are bursting everywhere at the moment and we haven’t had frost or wind to destroy them…yet…lol!

Wonderful stash! I am getting ready to do an Alison Bomber class in fodder school and it is partially about watercolouring berries. Should be fun. Looks like spring has sprung from your Kew photos - our magnolia is looking pretty fab too.
A no-knitting day WOYWW!

I love the leaf stencils! Quite the awesome stash you have! So much Spring at Kew! It must feel so good to walk in there with all that colour and Springtime smells! Have a wonderful week, Lindart #15
Hello Helen, That's a lovely bunch of goodies. The lavender stamps are beautiful. It's been sunny and bright most days up here recently but despite that it's still decidedly chilly. Your flower shots from Kew are gorgeous. Have a lovely week. Elizabeth x #14
Enjoy your new stash, Helen. Your Kew photos are beautiful, lots of spring colour.
Happy WOYWW

I love the little lavenders - very useful. We crafters are so tempted by new stash - I've been to Ludlow today and somehow came home with more wool to refill my boxes!!!!x x Jo 🌈
Lovely flowers both stamped and photographed! Great new stash too. Happy WOYWW. Angela #12
Oh my what am I like! Read your post early, for some reason popped over to the PA site trying to second guess your new order, started down another crafty rabbit hole, had to go out and only just realised I didn't actually leave a comment. anyhoo totally approve of your current haul (was actually using a lavender die myself a couple of weeks ago) and as usual your Kew photos are brilliant. So lovely to see spring springing, caught a beautiful magnolia in full bloom today, stunning against blue skies on a sunny day. Hope you are well, have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #13
