WOYWW 581

Morning happy deskers, it's Wednesday again and time for another WOYWW

Once again I don't have much in the way of anything to show you... I added some more of the stencilled flowers to the second page I shared last week, but kind of ran out of ideas to do anything with either... but I was just playing with the stencil so that's ok!
so that the flowers would fit the flipped images, I flipped the stencil again and added some colour

I had another lovely time at Kew last weekend, getting there for 8am - full post here
I know several of you already saw them (thank you!)

I've booked a slot for this week again, although the forecast isn't as encouraging as last week was!

Morning Helen. I like you flower pages - some sentiment about a visit to Kew. I can see you are really glad to be back there again. Well done for booking yet another visit - although you are right - the forecast isn't that good - dewfilled (ie. raindrops!) photos next week?
Take care. God bless.

The pages will speak to you, you’ll suddenly get an idea while you’re in the middle of something else, and then there’ll be a panic to get it done so you can go back to the flowery page. It’s really pretty. Are they Oxides...they look like chalks. Aw, so nice that you’re getting back to Kew, reallly enjoyed your last post.

Hi Helen
Sometimes, just playing is the best thing. You will come back to them in the future I'm sure and make something satsfying when the mood takes you.
I'm glad you've got back to Kew. Booking our days out we don't have to be choosy about the weather do we. We are having some days out next week but are just having to arrange them regardless. Even if it's wet it'll be nice to be out.
Have a good week

I'm late in the day visiting this week but it's better than last week's effort lol.
I've spent the day replenishing my basket of face masks...but as soon as I fill them they sell so it's a bit like painting the Forth bridge :-)
Love the page of flowers....gorgeous colours.

I am totally in love with the colors of those ( are they peonies?) they look yellow on my screen ( and mine all seem to be shades of pinks from the lightest whisper of pink to darker hot pink) (I keep trying to get a red here and have never seen that shade before)

Love the wall to wall blooms on the journal pages too Helen, ~Stacy #25

Hi Helen!
Your flowers in the journal look really good and we don't always have ideas so just doing something simple is fine! I must say your photos from Kew are lovely!
Have a lovely week

Your stencilled flowers are so beautiful, Helen! Also the gorgeous Kew photos. I am so glad you can go regularly again. It must be such a haven after a busy week at work. Even if the weather isn't good, it will still be beautiful.

Thank you for visiting and for your kind words. When I started on the whole-food plant-based lifestyle I didn't do it all at once. The transition was fairly gradual. I thought I'd never be able to give up certain things but in time you adjust and no longer crave the bad stuff, and your taste buds wake up and function as they should, and things that might seem bland become really tasty. I do use a lot of interesting flavourings (herbs, spices, lemon juice, vinegars etc.) and it's all very tasty. Now I'm organised in the pantry and with my weekly meal planning, it's not so difficult. I agree that the bladder scan situation is silly! I still haven't heard from the physio and hope she phones soon as there's a time limit on all this. It doesn't half drag on...

Happy WOYWW,

Can't find the hours to join in on Wednesday's but i'll pop in when I can for sure. Take care & I hope the weather is kind this weekend Hugs Tracey x
