Wow, another Wednesday already!  Time to gather at Julia's again for WOYWW ..

I am hiding my latest week's spread for ALAD/ASAW (France Papillon's A layer a day, a spread a week) FB challenge)  under some MORE new goodies!!

more stencils, and some more stamps...
oh ok, then. here's the spread up to day 3...
1. paint.   2. leaves stencilled.  3.  stamping

can't tell you what is coming next... it's a secret...

this week's prompt is "secret garden"

I know what I want to do but my final layer that I am practising isn't going to plan so far...

so time to leave you to head on to the next desk... happy WOYWW!!

I am so impressed with your new stencils and stamps. I like seeing how your pages progress in this fun challenge you have taken up this year.

Not playing, just stopping by to say HI!

That is short and sweet Helen.
Buying power - great to see your new stuff - who are the figures by? Need to make a list of my wants ready for Holland.
Love what you are doing in your journal, those leaves look so good against the paler background. I should remember some of the things you do and use the ideas myself but I always seem to be last minute with my journal challenge. Love this!

Ooh they look a bit different..... page coming along nicely. Feeling a bit jealous of people's creativity at the moment, I should have all the time in the world but don't seem to be producing anything. Perhaps I should go back to work (only joking) Happy WOYWW Cindy #20

Hi Helen, got to agree with Monet ... I need flowers always too. Look forward to see what your next step is too. Those sort of body shaped stamps are intriguing - am wondering what you will do with them ... another thing to look forward too. Hope you have a wonderful week. Elizabeth x #28

Lovely pile of Goodies! Are those Dina Wakely stamps? Great start to the journal page! I never thought to repeat a quote stamp like you did - very effective! Thanks for sharing! Lindart #31

I don't think I have the patience to do a layer a day or a step a day. It is coming along fine and I am sure your garden is about to burst into spring flowers.

I like the idea of that challenge - seems manageable. Love how your spread is going so far. That green is gorgeous.

Those new stencils are fab I especially like the look of the spiderwebby one and the little people. I may need to head to google after this. I got the Dina Wakely mixed media journal for my birthday - OMG it's gorgeous. I haven't done anything in it yet just keep looking at it. Took it into uni to show everyone and they were like "who knew such a wonder existed!"

Have a good week Helen and thank you for all your support always x x x

I love your spread, Helen, and your lovely green stencilled leaves. Thank you for your visit and your good wishes. I had my operation as scheduled and all went well but they sent me home too soon and I had to go back in again with bleeding but home yesterday and hopefully to stay! Now trying to catch up with everything but slowly because I'm exhausted and can't focus my eyes or concentrate for long. Now all I need is time to rest and recover from what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare week.
