WOYWW 304

Wow, it's Wednesday again, once again time for a mammoth desk hop. Your first stop would be Julia's Stamping Ground for the link up

All my new purchases are meaning I am running out of room to put them and I've had to have a bit of a shifty around.. I'll take some more pictures after Easter, for next week, when I've finished!  done a bit more
finally moved my stencils into a box (they used to sit on top of the box of Fresco paints)
But I had to put the stuff that was in the box the stencils are now in, somewhere - found a shoe box... it's full already so that won't last long!  These are all unmounted, as the wooden ones go in the big blue boxes and the wooden ones these are sitting on..I so wish I could get more of these wooden boxes!

But, there's more new stuff (you can blame Wendy's retirement closing down sale at the Stamp Attic!)
some Faber Castell Pitt pens, lovely colours (hard to choose actually, may have to go back see if there are any left..) a Stampotique snowman I've loved since he was made (!), and a Memory Box stencil which I'm really looking forward to using.

Some hidden tags and atc's I'm working on for a swap!!
close up of this week's new stuff.

Hope you all have a good Easter (I'm looking forward to a 4 day weekend and lost of chocolate!) and hopefully some crafting time too...
See you next week!

Hope you get your "lots of chocolate" Helen. I love "Alpini" chocs from Thorntons and found some Alpini eggs in Home Bargains so I treated myself to .. eight!
That's an inch or two on the waistline.
Do they not make those wooden drawers any more? I must take a photo of my wall mounted cubby holes for you to see - it's an idea. That is if they still make them.
Lovely new stuff - love those pens.

Huh. My DD still has an egg from LAST YEAR in the cupboard. Me, I only eat super dark choc, 85% or higher. If we get any eggs I'll happily pass them on (well, not the year old one, that's for the bin!)

PS Not to temp you or anything but I got an email from Kaisercraft this AM. Some lovely new inks and stencils......

:)

Happy WOYWW and I'm not fooling'!

We call it Teabag Syndrome in our house. You e just made a cup of tea and go to put the Teabag in the bin, that's full, so you end u emptying it and changing the bag, then yu go to the outside bin with that only to discover that that's full as well and so you.......and the cycle repeats itself. Lol!
I bet through having a sort out, you've found all sorts of things you'd forgotten about. I do that!

Dont do it girlfriend...you'll be lost to sorting instead of playing all weekend! I think what you need is a couple of big units in order to put things in/on..get the collection of boxes off the floor - well at least off being on top of each other. Oh the effort! Have lots of chocolate for me!

We need expanding walls that would do the trick. Blame Wendy Lol! I blame you for telling me, been over there and ordered stuff. It's such a shame, I have always loved that shop even though I have never been to the bricks and mortar, she always stocks great stuff.

I love how organized everything looks! As for me, I swear not to buy another thing and suddenly I see something I just cannot live without! And so it goes!

This sorting and buying bug must be catching - I have just had an order delivered from Samuel Taylors, forgotten all about it so it was a lovely surprise but ..... it's the storage thing!

Enjoy Easter whatever you do!

Hi Helen, lovely new goodies and how tidy are you! I love tidying my stash ... it's amazing what gem's are rediscovered in the process. You should know that you are now personally responsible for a sizable dint in my bank account, and all because you mentioned Wendy's retirement ... shame on you :) Have a great Easter weekend and a happy WOYWW today. This may be a repeat, my Blogger seems to be playing games today. Just posted a comment and it vanished into the ether! Those wooden boxes are usually available at IKEA, our had loads last time we went. Really struggling today, am round late, had to go to Docs, got a rotten chest infection thats not clearing. Thought it was going after last week, but its come back with a vengeance. Now have another lot of anti-biotics, and steroids to take for a week. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz xx #37

Stampotique has the best stuff! I love that snowman stamp and can see why you had to have it. Lots of great stash to play with it. Isn't organization and trying to find places for it all a never ending battle?! Judy #60

It's funny how we have to have a sort out when we buy new stuff to make room, I do that every time, and shoe boxes come in very handy I've found, well any kind of boxes.!

I totally understand your problem. You need bigger boxes and wider shelves etc. But you have some really nice new things. I love that stencil. And the snowman looks cool. It's hot and sunny here so I don't really want to think snowmen...
Have a great week and Happy Easter!

Lost in stash and lost in chocolate... what could be better? I've been looking at that snowman too, though I'd prefer all my stamps to be unmounted, it helps with the storage:) Happy woyww
