WOYWW 671

Welcome deskers, we find ourselves at Wednesday again.  Heading to Julia's for WOYWW again to share our crafty spaces...

I've made a birthday card using a couple of the new Paperartsy mini stamps I got last week

the friend this is destined for won't see this despite being a crafter so I feel fairly safe to share it here

I took another desk (floor) shot this week too, you can see the new stamps haven't been put away (indeed, the storage for the Minis is full so I will need to re-organise that...)

there might be time (but probably not inclination) over the forthcoming Easter weekend to do something about that!  I am certainly looking forward to my long weekend

Last week's Kew trip next  - here

For those of you whose desks I can't visit before work, it will be evening as we have a work training day out of the office so won't be getting a normal lunch break; so I'll see you soon!

Happy WOYWW.

Coo look at you cutting out! I’m not a huge fan of butterflies for some reason, but PA really know how to make them art not bug! It’s a lovely card. Also your skill at knowing when to leave well alone and not add colour is admirable, wouldn’t have occurred to me! We went back to the very orange tree where we took the rain hat photo to take another in the glorious sunshine, but it’s in a little square with a bench underneath it and there was always someone sitting there in the shade - scuppered my plan for a scrapbook page about the difference 24 hours can make! Hope todays training isn’t too arduous and that not getting a lunch break means that they’re giving you a decent lunch!

Lovely card, glad you’ve been enjoying doing some crafting! Those dark purple tulips are my absolute fav, I’ve got a pot of something similar flowering away on my patio at the moment, gorgeous!

That’s a beautiful card, how good to play with a new stash. Folkestone is lovely in the sun. The old High Street is now the creative quarter and the harbour arm is full of open air pop up food places. It’s a nightmare to get to by car at the mo’ due to all the queues on the M20. B was lucky yesterday to get fuel; the garages are struggling due to protests at the depot and the lorry queues.
Your photos of Kew are glorious as ever. There’s an orange and purple plant in the middle that looks like a bird. Is it ginger?
Take care and happy WOYWW

Love the card, you've done a great job with your new stash - mine usually hangs around for weeks before being used! I hope you get your storage sorted, I seem to spend my life re-shuffling my stuff trying to make it fit into a space that's far too small for it all!
Hope you have a great week,

You've done a great job with your new mini stamps - love the butterfly. The Kew pics are lovely especially the purply flowers - tulips? or maybe fritillary? xx Jo

Cool card! I'm just amazed you sit on the floor to craft. I can sit but getting up is sometimes hilarious and the knees sometimes get nasty.
Gorgeous flowers!
