WOYWW 669

Welcome deskers, it is Wednesday again already,  so must be time for WOYWW
I think I made a rash comment last week about there may be more crafting on show this week....I might have exaggerated

However,  there is a birthday card for my friend Kirsty at work

I used some of the Tracy Scott pattern building stamps
and coloured them with the Prismacolour pencils  -

it looked good at this stage

the greeting ended up a bit wonky because I didn't want to hide the words on the  horizontal strip with the vertical and then dropped it on the card

however Kirsty liked it which was the main thing (and I even decorated the envelope!)

so that's the extent of the crafting!

lets go to Kew instead!

where the blossom was a-ma-zing

Here's looking to your desks!

You must be further forward with the blossom in London Helen - our magnolia is out but no cherry blossom yet. I like the card, the pattern building looks fun. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #1

Just popping in to say hello Helen, as the lady above said your blossoms are well ahead of ours here in the Fens.

There seem to be different varieties of cherry - we have one out in the local park but the ones on our road are never out until May! Love the pattern and colours on your card and the flower photos are stunning as ever. Happy WOYWW. Take care, with love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#12)

Here in Lincoln the blossom is out too and some of the Magnolia are almost finished which is a shame as they never last long. My fruit trees are coming into bud so I hope we don't get a frost which happened last year. Love how you've use the stamp too. Take care and have a lovely WOYWW. Hugs, Angela x13x

Gorgeous blossom pics, it’s gorgeous here too and the magnolias have been amazing, let’s hope they survive the drop in temps and snow that is forecast tomorrow! Pretty colours in the card!

Fabulous mandala card Helen. I often leave words off the front if I can’t decide where to put them. Beautiful blossom photographs. Have a great week . Angela #4

The card is beautiful, but I know what you mean about the words. I might have chosen a circular Happy Birthday and plopped it in the middle. But the Mandala is gorgeous, and a lot of work! Lovely blossoms, can't wait for them to pop out here, but that won't be until May. Have great week, Lindart #18

I was going to play with some of the stamps I have after seeing some of your creations, but haven't had any time to sort them out-your patterns really do look effective! Lovely tree blossoms too! Happy very Late WOYWW ((Lyn))#21

I love your card, the fact that the 'cross' in the middle isn't symetric makes it special and more exciting! Thanks for stopping by my desk the other day, I am a bit late with my return-visit: have a nice weekend! Hug from Holland, Marit #15

Good morning, Helen! Thank you for stopping by. Loved seeing you!

Hmmm pattern stamping? Must look into those when I'm done with Stampin' Up! In the mean time, I have a gal who might be able to get them in her shop. Must check. YOu are such an enabler and I love you! LOL Pretty spring blossoms. So far we've had the daffodils. Peach trees are all blooming, apples a bit behind but considering we had 21*F night before last, that's probably a good thing.
I'll try to show pictures next week.
Creative Blessings! ~ Kelly #19
