WOYWW 628

Happy desk day WOYWWers - again!  It's Wednesday again which can only mean one thing.  Dare to share your craft space with Julia and the gang.

the pic of my floor is a bit dark, despite at the time I took this, it was still quite light outside!   It's all the piles of craft supplies between the window and my workspace that is to blame!

I was playing in my kraft journal at the weekend and doing  some mark making in that and my original sized journal.

Not at all sure where the black page with the pink scribbles will go - maybe it will stay like that!
these were the pages I did as a result of a FB session Dina Wakley did for her supporters - I just signed up for this, at a massive $5 pm (works out at £3.49 sterling... can't go wrong with that!)

from that I got carried away with the scribbling circle marks (not part of the session just where my head took me)

That's about it for me this week - other than to link the Kew pics from Saturday - twas a lovely day!

this has become my 'lock screen' pic on my phone, (which does change regularly)  I adore this pic

I'll be round to visit you soon.

Helen, I LOVE those circles just the way they are!! You may find something eventually to go with, but as they are is awesome! Loved what came out of your Dina Wakely sessions as well and what a bargain!!! Your Kew photos are amazing!! Just curious, are you journaling those photos or do you make cards out of your photos or sell them in galleries? They are just gorgeous and I think people would love to have them on their wall or would love to have a greeting card made out of them! Just a thought! Blessings for the rest of your week Helen! I really love the look of the kraft paper pages, Helen, and the blue you have added is just right. Great work. So glad you had fun playing with the mark making! I love the photo you've chosen for your phone, too - I adore wild poppies. and they make a lovely contrast with the white daisies.

Thank you for your comment and especially for your good wishes for my scan this morning - all went smoothly. No results yet, of course. This afternoon I did another session of clearing in the studio and definite progress has been made!

Happy WOYWW,

Hi Helen, love the pink scribbles on black. I like anything that stands out on black though lol. Great screensaver - I'm loving all the colour appearing in my garden at the moment. Thanks for stopping by - the garden does have a few shady spots to enjoy even when hot, and since this morning I now have garden sofas and a hot tub! Have a lovely week, Heather xx #28

Thanks for your visit earlier, sorry I'm late getting back to you.
I'm thinking of using the peeloffs as background 'shapes' and painting over them . .
You did well with the workshop, glad you enjoyed it.
