Well, here we are again! Time for another WOYWW
I think, unlike Samson, the hair cut didn't affect my strength and I spent most of Sunday making Christmas cards, to the end result that.....
I have a very impressive pile of cards (although some need the greetings inside stamping and some need something else on front.. possibly, if time allows!) but ...49 done! (not all on Sunday, obviously; I don't work that quick!)
My favourite masterboard technique is the reason I got so many done - even though I have no in progress pictures, I was just concentrating on doing as much as possible.
Since then, Paperartsy have announced their last challenge of the year - for, you guessed it, masterboards - so I'll do another batch. The link takes you to a great video that Leandra filmed to help you if you've not done much "masterboarding". Now, I'm off to pick my winnings for the randomly picked prize for their last Abstract challenge (for my Paris journal page) ...
it occurred to me you may like to see the cards a bit closer, so I've laid them out for you.
and as you can see, I didn't do all masterboards, lots of different colour combinations and designs too (I get bored easily!)

Wow are you a Christmas card making Machine 0-49 in no time :)
they all look wonderful and I'm sure you'll figure out if any need any extra touches
hugs Nikki ??
Well I am impressed and saw the paperastsy challenge , so may just have to try this to get mine done! Have a fab week . Soojay xx14
A very impressive pile of Christmas cards - love the one bottom right. Enjoy picking your prize xx
I'm always impressed with your masterboards, but I still can't stamp fast enough to make the time profitable. I guess I need a big stamp pad or something, because it's hard to stamp, then have to ink each time. I really LOVE what you made, though, and the stars are great, too. You got a lot of cards out of each of your masterboards.
Just stopping by to say hi. Not playing, but always enjoy your art.
good on you to have finished so many cards. I actually should be cracking on mine. Vicky(#8)
Well done on the marathon making! That is a lot of cards to have under your belt. I think my quickie ones will be just plain old card embossed through a folder as those churches are taking all my time up.
Must watch Leandra's latest video as I was told last week it was good.
Hugs, Neet 17 xx
I knew you'd pull it out of the bag, that's a lot of cards! Love the 'i get bored'..i know exactly where you are with that! Now just to brace yourself and write in them, another fairly major job! Oh and fab that your Paris page won..it certainly was a sort of 'natural reaction' type abstract.
As soon as the PA challenge changed, I thought of your masterboards... something I've never done, but will sure try now (as soon as I get the time to play!
Congrats on all the C-cards, that is quite a bunch!
Happy woyww, thanks for popping by :)

You are the Mistress of the masterboards! ooer, that sounds wrong now I look at it :-) How fab that the new challenge means you'll have to make some more! Glad you've been shorn...I had visions of your hairdressers lugging out sacks of hair trimmings!!
Hugs, LLJ 15 xx
Fabulous cards and so many completed! Well done - I need to crack in with mine! Anne x #23

Fab cards Helen. I get bored easily too that's why, althought every one of mine [so far] has a little patchwork tree on the front, each one has different stitching/technique/colour or fabric. I enjoyed changing the stitches I used and seeing all the different effects I could get.
Have a great week.
Hugs,

Ooh Helen. These are gorgeous. I have just enjoyed a close up of them all on your table. I love the way you've used the masterboards to create such exquisite cards. All so varied too. Fab.
A very impressive pile of cards. They look wonderful. Happy WOYWW!
That's one big pile of cards! I love the ones on the right the most and the red ones at the top. They look like they were gelli printed? Happy WOYWW! zsuzsa @ InkyDinkyDoodle #29
Wow! What a fabulous array of cards! I am no where near done! Trying so hard to catch up now with commenting and visiting! Hugs, Chrisx
Hi Helen, fab selection of cards. I may have to try masterboards, as I too get fed up with mass producing one or two designs, which I seem to do every year. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #1 xxx
