WOYWW 322.. the post stamp show edition

Hello deskers, welcome back to the desk sharing  What's on your Workdesk? Wednesday .. week 322 .  Head Desker Julia has the details here

So, Sunday saw me getting up very early (for a Sunday) (no, strike that, for any day) and setting off to Stevenage.  Met up with friends and chatted, shopped, watched demonstrations (Paperartsy), chatted; shopped and chatted...
I've blogged fully here but this is the haul in closer detail just for you guys!!
some Prima casts (ideal for painting and mixed media projects) a new brayer (you should see the state of the one I use for paint!) couple of stencils, a spare set of flexiblocks (acrylic mounts for stamps, love them) and some sanding blocks
a few (more) new Paperartsy stamp sets, love love love, and a couple of packs of tissue
my Fresco paint storage.  someone in a group I'm in on FB asked about our paint storage, and I thought I'd add it in here too.

Finally, the reason you're here... the "desk"... took a low viewpoint today... down as low as I could (not a good idea, took it right after finishing dinner...)

there isn't much room for lying down in the doorway where I took this from, (boxes of stuff, doncha know!) but not showed it from this angle before!!

Enjoy your WOYWWednesday!!

WOW Fabby new stash and those stamps are just so much fun too love those quirky images.
I love all your paints and mine I keep upside down find that when I don't use them for a long time then I only have to break the little paint seal on top and it's good to go underneath :) hugs Nikki

I was impressed with the flexible acrylic blocks. Mine are all thick and very heavy. I also liked the one stencil that looked sort of like squares. I think you know what I mean.

I LOVE the angle of your desk this week. It was a hoot and reminded me of how you use your camera at Kew.

No number yet. Just got home from seeing "Hello Dolly," brought in by Music Theater.

Loved the bird's eye view of your desk. It is an interesting perspective. Hopefully you've managed to get up off the floor by now... That's a nice box for your paints, they fit well and upright and you were able to find another one once you'd outgrown the first box. I hate when you have the perfect box but can no longer find another to match it when you need it! Great bunches of new things to play with! I need to get myself a new brayer too, one of these days. I used it on some metallic ink that left a coating on it. Now regular ink doesn't stick to it well. Judy #49

Hi Helen, you are to be congratulated for being able to get down at all to take that photo. I could probably get down, knees permitting, but I'd struggle to get up again :) Fabulous goodies, love those Paperartsy stamps - really must invest in some ... just as soon as I can allow myself to spend again! Have a great week. Elizabeth x #37

What a mouthwateringly gorgeous lot of new stash, Helen! Love your paint storage, too. Thanks for your lovely comment and yes, definitely better this week! I have to finish the mystery projects this week before the next treatment because of the deadlines I've set myself. It won't be too long now before I can do the Big Reveal lol!

Happy belated WOYWW,

It sounds like you had a great time Sunday so worth getting up early for. Enjoyed seeing your haul. Those stamps do looks fun. I had all my paints in a plastic tub but moved them to a drawer for now as was tired of having the tub on the floor.

Glad you had a good shop Helen but even better was you meeting up with your friends. What a lovely group you are. Lots of memories there and they will resurface each time you use those stamps and products I am sure.
Sending Hugs, Neet xx (sorry I am so late)
