Buy one, get one free

Challenges, that is!! I managed to combine my two favourite challenges this week - Simon Says Stamp  - a tag (the more discerning of you will know I do a few of these so that wasn't going to be too hard!!) and Linda's Compendium of Curiosities wants us to use Tim's Inking and Stamping Masks technique from page 59 of The book.

As today is Valentine's Day - even though I am not celebrating it - I used some hearts as my theme - from Wendy, of course!

I used my trusty old favourites, fired brick and dusty concord on the tag with spatters of water for the distressed look, stamped some hearts in the same colour inks and then "did" the technique with a custom made mask of said hearts.  Used a Wendy script background and added a couple of embellies and some shimmer spray (heirloom gold, perfect pearls).

As always, there are some great prizes for one lucky winner on each challenge.
Happy Valentine!
