I didn't set out to make this but it kind of evolved! I started with the Prima flower which was a pale cream colour but I added a touch of my fave wild honey DI (cos I was going down that colour route again, at this time!)
Then I pained the chip with Claudine's Trad Tan paint and smooshed some bundled sage and peeled paint inks over it, stamped the WV background in peeled paint.
I added a small area of terra paint which I heat dried and covered with the Viva Inka Gold in this yummy bright green.
I placed the prima flower onto the larger brown paper flower (Bazzill) with an eye pin (although it doesn't show up in the scan) and added a small Maya road flower with a little green brad for the centre. Stamped the WV sentiment on a white scrap and coloured it to match (antique linen), added the grungepaper leaves and idea-ology.
Because the artificial light is poor in my living room at the moment, I decided it would be quicker and easier to scan this, rather than photograph it, then took several attempts to get it scanned right, so maybe not after all!!
Not sure what I'm going to do tomorrow - depends on the weather - I fancy going out somewhere a bit different with my camera but if it rains I'll just stay in and - make art!! What are you up to?
