Hello deskers, welcome to another week's WOYWW . I hope you all enjoyed the Bank Holiday weekend (well in the UK anyhow)
I bought some new (ok, more, new) goodies...Saturday at Kew was the first early for the summer, so headed out at 6... a bit earlier than needed but a girl has to be first in line...
this is the new interactive installation (you can stand on the mat in front of the artwork and wave your arms, making the blue swirly dots move in time to your movement - there are cameras mounted either side of the piece)
I should have done with Kim did though, and go again on Monday (I was watching the VE Day parade on tv) because I wouldn't have missed ...

so annoyed with myself, as I was awake in more than time to go to be there for 8 again.
when we were there on Saturday we didn't think it would open quite so soon!
ah well!
it will be collapsed by now, they only flower for 24 hours.
Till next time, happy WOYWW (still not made my ATC for the virtual swap, must do that this weekend!)

Super stencil, I had a bit of a boo boo with a stencil this week! Do you know if any good script handwriting stencils? Ah the Welsh Poppies, got loads in our garden now too, love them, such a shame about the mega flower though bit like me and the Northern lights, so near yet so far.

What an unusual flower. It looks huge! Guess it woul have been good for you to have your own photos of it but sometimes it doesn't work out that way.
Love the new stencil and I love the little figures.
have a good week Helen.

I really love what you’ve done with the stencil, that’s an awesome pattern, I bet you’ll use that loads. Nice new stash too! Great pics from Kew, what a shame you missed that massive flower doing its thing, it looks really primordial!
Hugs LLJ 4 xx
Loving your new stencil. If the new installation has cameras, is it filming people dancing in front of it 😳. I haven’t done my ATC yet either. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11
Hi Helen!! Loads of Welsh poppies in my garden, they aretaking over lol. Shame you missed your flower though honestly it only seems a little ago you were writing about it before - I suppose it must have been last year. Great stash, the stencil is very pretty. Think I'm due a little splurge...... Happy WOYWW, Cindyxx #12
Great photos and what a weird plant! I love the effect of your new stencil. You will find that one useful for all sorts. x x Jo 🌈
Sat down to do my WOYWW comments and googled Crafter's Workshop and found some so ordered a few. Thanks Helen. Hugs BJ#1
Sorry you missed out on the sight - if not the smell - of that magnificent plant Helen. Cute stencil and that art installation sounds intriguing. Stay safe end Happy WOYWW. Sarah
Oh wow, Helen! So sorry you missed seeing that amazing 'bloom' up close. Quite a sight. Your new goodies are lovely. My craftroom is much too small to allow me to bring in anymore stash. First, I need to use up what I have to create space for new. Have a lovely weekend. Elizabeth x #14
Love your journal and new stencil; it reminds me of the Spirograph I had as a kid. So sorry you missed the titan flowering. Your flower and duck photos are lovely.
Hugs Lynnecrafts 3 xx
Love what you have done with the stencil! What a shame that you missed THE FLOWER!
