Welcome back, deskers, it's time for another WOYWW hosted by Sarah .
It's been a bit of a sparse week, hardly any crafting and no craft shopping....
and one of the Dina bold botanicals stamps - I used the versafine clair "morning mist" which is a grey, as black would be too stark.
I wasn't going to fill the page, but I got carried away...
now it needs a focal point. words, and who knows what...
but it was the Masters weekend (golf) and I spent hours (and hours) watching it on TV until the early hours of Monday morning.. go Rory!!
Watching on TV, but with the radio 5 commentary on, as they paint such great pictures with their words, and really make it magic. I have to say, at the end, I shed a tear.. along with half the commentary team!
There was time for Kew on Saturday, of course. after a chilly start it turned into a beautiful day.
for pictures like this!
these were some of my favourites!
I'm really looking forward to a break for Easter and have taken a few extra days holiday next week so of course the weather is changing... ah well!
thanks for popping by, and I hope you have a happy WOYWW
see you soon!

Beautiful photos from Kew, love those tulips!
I like your journal page and you have given me an idea for a page I have to do.
Oh dear, weeping at films and dramas i understand but at golf? Still if I was watching maybe I would have joined in, i can cry at the drop of a hat these days.
Hugs, Neet 2 xx
Oh my life a RANDOM page I'm even shaking at the thought, well done you and why not indeed. Perhaps I ought to have a go at that!!!!! NOT!! Oh your lying down photo is super gorgeous, I tend to just look up for those! I'm going to get hubby to do a scan of the houses so I can share a pdf of them...Hugs Bj#6
It was good that Rory won but I'm afraid golf is not my thing. I can understand your method of tv/ radio commentary - it's such a skill to describe sport colourfully in words isn't it. I love your journal page and your up shot of the pink blossom is fab x x Jo 🌈
I didn’t see the golf but gather that it was a nail biter! I like Justin Rose too so would have been happy if he’d have won as well. Gorgeous pics from Kew, those frilly tulips are a thing of beauty! Thanks for the love on my 700th post, you’ve been a true friend and supporter from the get-go and I really appreciate that. Long may it continue!!
Hugs LLJ 5 xx
Not a sports fan but usually manage the Basketball top 10 plays with my hubby when he needs a break from staring at a close up screen. I prefer the lovely photos of Kew and art videos on youtube LOL! Love that seed pod thingie and agree - grey is better than black sometimes. I love my Clearly Better Graphite ink pad so much ...
Dashing around pre-knitting but Happy WOYWW!

I think a random page is often a good way to get starte. I love that stamp and nearly bought it....might still do, we'll see. It's usually rugby on the TV here but as I don't watch TV much I don't mind. Hubby's enjoying the ladies rugby at the moment and has some very positive comments about their play. Loving the Kew pics, pleased you had a good time. Happy woyww, Angela x10x
Well done Rory with the golf....I always say it's like watching paint dry but glad you enjoyed it. Key flowers are stunning.

Beautiful flower photographs. Perfect inspiration for your journal pages. Fabulous colours. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11
What fabulous Kew photos Helen. Our cherry blossom is out too but off course now the wet weather has come along as well. I was so glad that Rory finally won the Masters and completed his Grand Slam. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
This far into the year it's about time you had a break longer than a weekend! Bet youve got a plan, hope you enjoy! I like the Dina botanical page very much, great choice of the greyer ink. How was the random page selection, did you get itchy teeth or feel like you were being naughty?!!! The shots from skew last weekend were just beautiful , those flouncy tulips are amazing aren't they.
well, I have done some crafty shopping. The charity shop near me has at last reopened and it three times as big and had hudreds of people trying to shop when it first opened. I think I showed my buys from there the other week. And Craftstash is closing down, so had to get supplies from there too as I had over £8 in creadit! loverly jubbley! Kew looks lovely, I'm sure I'll never go again...but I have some fabulous memories Happy Late WOYWW!?((Lyn))#13
Very jealous of all those flowers! We still don't have any yet☹️ Hopefully soon! I love the botanical page, great job! I usually work in my journal in order, but sometimes I will pick a randon page and start it, to finish later when I come across it. It's amazing how it always works! Have a lovely Easter🐰🐣❤️Lindart #15
oh thats a clever idea watching on telly but listening on the radio (radio narrative i think is usually better).
Happy easter
