WOYWW 804

Welcome to this week's WOYWW - the last one in October... really?!  Head to Sarah's the Craft Shed for the link up.

Paperartsy had some more new releases last week and I couldn't resist these grasses and umbells from Alison Bomber.. they came within a day of ordering from the Stampers Grove, superb.
I was watching a You Tube video from Alison on Sunday morning and had a play along (vaguely) the lines she went down with the tag on the left... it didn't quite work out how I intended which is why it's not finished.

the other square tag was the previous new toys from Dina a couple of weeks ago, playing with one of the stencils.

don't look too closely at the state of the silicone craft mat, it's a disgrace!

I managed to stay on my feet at Kew last week (and the bruises are fading)
and both Kim and I really enjoyed the first chance to look at the new gallery exhibition, Expressions in Blue.

the tree near the main entrance is also getting redder by the day.

Thanks for looking, hope you have had a creative week (unlike me)

If Alison has designed those staps they will be lovely, she is a fabulous artist and I used to enjoy her blog so much, shame I see to have lost touch with it. Lovely tag you produced.
Lovely photos from Kew.

The teazle tag is lovely Helen - always a good plant to use. I like it's structure. The Blue display looks amazing and I'm glad your bruises are healing. x x Jo 🌈

I don'e need any encouragement Helen, nut there agin must be work a peek.

Beautiful Autumnal tree, a Maple maybe or something more exotic, lovely whatever and watch those steps, I did the same a couple of weeks ago and that was just walking into my craft room, tripped on fresh air.

A new name, one I've heard but not explored. Always dangerous coming to see you - still my enabler LOL! Love that pottery - it looks very cool. Did I mention Kew was the very first place we visited when we came here for a holiday, before moving over? It rained all day and I managed to drop my new pedometer down the loo...Ah memories... Not sure why my post did not publish like it should have, but all good now...
Lunch cancelled due to illness so I'm here
Happy WOYWW.

Those new stamps are fantastic, love the designs! And the Kew exhibition reminds me of big old Asian pots, which I have a real love of, they’re fantastic! I’m glad you didn’t throw yourself down any steps, we’ve got take care!!

I love the new stamps, and the tag...I wonder where you were going that didn't work out, it looks great from here! Gah, so sorry you bruised and battered yourself, was sitting down a little tender for a few days. Poor you. Thank god though, that you didn't break anything. I mean never mind the camera, what about a leg or hip. Argh. The one thing I did do last weekend was a trawl through my ink pad collection. The Encores are holding up well but I don't think they're as Jurassic as yours , I'm now in the habit of buying when I see them, metallic pigments are a little hard to come by!

Glad you’re getting over your fall, Helen, and didn’t repeat it this week. Your Kew photos are gorgeous but I don’t like the thought of Goldie being chased by rats.
Those ceramics are stunning
Happy WOYWW
