WOYWW 358. a rather big spend..

Happy Wednesday to you all, time for another gathering and a-sharing of desks with Julia  the link will take you to The Stamping Ground blog and all the information you need about this weekly fun-fest.

So the Ally Pally show has come and gone... and with it a rather large wodge of cash.. lots of you saw the post from Saturday (read about it here if you didn't)  so you may want to look away now..
This was my workmat on Saturday evening after I had unpacked it all and after the blog had been written..
but I have found room...no, that's not right, I have found spaces for most of it...
..teetering piles in some cases.

there was so much stuff I had to take several shots of it all to get it all in...  here they are again if you didn't see them before!
reduced stock in a bargain bin... grab, grab, grab!!
 yes, more new journals... oops!
although I have discovered I already had the stamp set bottom left (the quotes) so I've sent that back to swap....oops again!

(the binder I catalogue my stuff in is too big and heavy to take with me but I maybe need to.again...)

these first 3 pictures are all from Paperartsy the next one is what I got from the rest of the show!

safe to say, Paperartsy was still my favourite.
stencils (apart from bottom left which is a stamp)

I have had a little play with some of the stuff, not a lot to show for it yet though.  I was exhausted on Sunday and spent most of the day lounging on the sofa!

Hi Helen, loved looking at all your goodies. I too got fed up with buying duplicates, so I downloaded an app called OneNote, from Microsoft. It lets you basically create an inventory of everything you want to, whatever it may be. It works on Android too, and syncs itself across all the devices you install it on. So you can do it all on your laptop/pc, and it will automatically sync with your phone, so you always have a list of what you have with you. there is another app called Evernote, which does the same, but I prefer One Note. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #3 xxx

And there's lots there for me to ooh and aah over, love the stencils, the cotton reels, the jute fat quarters, the ink pads, oh and just about everything :) Have a great week experimenting with your new goodies. Hi, Helen, what a lot of yummy goodies you came home with. It's probably a good thing that most of the stuff I buy can't be found in one physical place, or I'd be in serious trouble. Happy week and thanks for your visit. ~ Laura #37

Love your stash pile!! Is there any way you can use your phone to photograph your stamp records? That would be portable I guess. I have to admit, my stamps are getting to the point that I don't remember them all, but I haven't got the same thing twice yet (though I do keep discovering stamps I haven't used!) Not bought much this year at all (now that I'm retired of course I have to be more careful with the cash....... yeah right). Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!!

What a fantastic haul of stash, Helen - you are going to have sooo much fun playing with it all, and I know that you will be sharing the results with us! I am really looking forward to seeing them. Glad you had such a good time at AllyPally.

Thank you for your visit - I only wish I could come and do your decorating lol! Unfortunately I wasn't able to do my own as I'm really not up to it these days and we got someone in to do it, but I have managed the odd bits of unfinished stuff and touching up, mostly complete now and I'm exhausted!! We're gradually getting the sitting room straight and after I've got the last few bits back in, I'll update my blog. (Actually if I did come to do yours, I'd get totally distracted and end up on your craft mat with you, playing instead lol!!)

Happy belated WOYWW,
