WOYWW 152

Happy WOYWW to you all - thanks for dropping by last week. I've had quite a busy week craft-wise and have been playing around in my journal again (see previous post). It's also the day for our next Dragons-Dream Tag it On challenge - but you'll have to come back later to see that one!

So, what do I have to share with you today? No Distress Spring inks cos they are in transit to me as we speak.. but I can't wait to get them - what gorgeous colours they look! No Altered Book homework (again!) as it is still no further ahead than the last peak...oops!

I had Tuesday off work to wait for British Gas to come and do my annual boiler service - cue "it's getting old the parts are hard to get we recommend you get a new one" speech... so I had some time to play...

A partly done journal spread - and if you look closely you MAY see a WOYWW anniversary ATC that I started today - but it's shy and in hiding!!

Methinks I need to re-organise my die storage box - this is down by the sofa, in the doorway and in the way full stop! also it's over full (hence the handful as I try and find the one I want... it's always the last one I check as I usually forget to store then name upwards in their packaging!

So, have a good Wednesday (or whatever day you get here) surfing the craft spaces of the known universe.

Great background for your pages Helen. At least you can see your diecuts mine are in a cardboard box with a lid, keep meaning to get organised........oh well.....one day. x

I guess that's the advantage of not having a die cut machine. You don't have to store dies (grin).

You are a TEASE with your ATC. Of course, I haven't started mine yet. I seem to be a "last minute" gal lately, although I have NEVER been last minute until recently.

Lovely journal pages. Nice color. BTW, I suspect the AB lessons will get easier now, too.

I love that so far everyone is talking about their ATC's, this looks to be a fun event! I think I spied yours peeking out from the journal! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

Love your journal pages and tucking that ATC in there is sneeky. Die storage I have mine in a chest of drawers with the name labeled on the edge, so neat and tidy, well that's when they get put back. LOL

Love your art style.

Now I'm just guessing that you've opted for bright coloured ATC...! How exciting. Rather inevitably, I haven't given mine any thought just yet. Loving your Journal works, fab colours. My dies are on magnetic sheets stuck to A4 mountboard and stored upright in a magazine holder..I just flip through em. Best treatment for storage in my whole room. But you still have to put the box somewhere...never ending problems!!

Loving the look of that journal page and the sunshine-y think peeking out from behind ;)

I took part again, don't fall off your chair in shock! Two weeks in a row!

Hi Helen!
I love your journal pages - can't wait to see what else you do with them. I have all my dies in one spot as I don't have a lot (yet). I've been thinking about the ATC for the anniversary but that's about as far as I've gotten.

Oh no... another WOYWWer getting the Spring Distress inks. My jealous burns bright. I am sure I will have some too at some point. I love your journal page, great blues and patterns. I understand the die storage. What to do with them? Mine are in different storage containers in different places... not very convenient. Good luck finding them a good place!

great looking desk this week! I love all the fun things I see! I too have an issue with die storage and just bought some storage boxes from Stampin Up! that are awesome. They have inserts that separate the dies. Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog I enjoy reading them. I agree that the eyes on that darn bear are creepy but everyone loved the cake!!! No accounting for taste they probably like Freddie Kruger too! Have a great week. Vickie #91

I cannot believe I am so late getting round to returning your kind visit this week. We are almost at Wednesday again and time to see how your desk has changed since its busy state last week. Our fallen tree is no more, one of the neighbours beat us to the usable wood, and the council removed what was left. Enjoy the sun today (well, it is sunny here at the moment). xx Maggie #93
