WOW!! I got home tonight to find a card from the Royal Mail - two parcels - but rather than me having to go and collect them from the sorting office - they had left them in one of the wheelie bins - luckily it's not recycling day!! And here they are:

here so I had to grab a quick dinner (gave up part way through, I was too keen tp play..) OH my GOSH they are fantastic.................
Now this is my first attempt with
any kind of pastels - and following Leandra's tutorial - fairly closely! this is what I managed. Leandra, you are right, they are SOFT!!! Obviously I need to play more, and this took only as long as a cup of tea took to go stone cold.... but I likey, I likey. I do need some more stencils - this was the bubbles from the fish template!
Now off to do something with that tag from yesterday!

You soon got to work with that little lot Helen and such a lovely tag, the colours are all blended beautifully.
I can see some cog wheel stamps in the packages, they are so popular and I love seeing what people do with them, but they rather scare me. I am sure you will work wonders with them though.

Bit late doing my WOYWW rounds. Those oil pastels look gorgeous and I really like the little tags from yesterday. I am having a rest from making little frocks - I have been making children's dressing up outfits for a friend instead!! Have a good week. x Jo
