Happy Wednesday, deskers. It really doesn't feel five minutes since I was writing last week's post.. Head to Sarah's to find the linky tool and share your crafty doings!
I didn't do much crafting at the weekend - I was glued to the golf from early afternoon to midnight...I did start a double page in the Dina ledger journal, with my current favourite stencil in a couple of colours and then used some Paperartsy tissue carefully torn as a background layer. This is the original tissue they produced as wrapping orders before launching sold versions!
I was on my own at Kew last weekend as Kim was under the weather, and spent my morning seeking out Henry Moore sculptures that are popping up in time for the big exhibition that runs from 9 May to next year some time.
this one was actually at Kew last time they featured Henry Moore - back in 2008 I found when I checked - then it was in front of the Palm House
it was damp to start with but did stop, though it wasn't very warm

I think this weekend is due to be drizzly again!
and then after that it is back to the members 8am early entrance from 1 May - hurrah!!
thanks for looking, I will come round soon; hope the kettle is on!

That was an interesting journal page; I was trying to work out which stamp’s your favourite.
Gorgeous blossom and tulips on your Kew blog, and I love your search for Henry’s.

Thanks for sharing all those fab photos of the Henrys - a perfect setting for them all amongst that Springtime colour. I chuckled at you watching the golf - I'm sure it was exciting but I know I would just fall asleep! x x Jo 🌈
Love your new pages. I’m not a golf lover but it wouldn’t do for us all to be the same. Have a great week.

I love the new journal pages, I've got loads of tissue paper and really need to use them, it works so well as a background. Thanks for the idea. Happy woyww, Angela x8x
Rory McIlroy didn’t make it easy for himself did he?? I’m glad for him though I do feel for Justin Rose, always the bridesmaid at these events. I know what you mean about the past week whizzing by, crazy. Love the Henry Moores at Kew, a perfect setting for them!

Great journal page and a lovely set of photographs. I particularly like the back view of the swan with ruffled feathers.. hugs Angela #9
Hi there!
Would never have pegged you as a golf lover! Adore those pink tulips, and I hadn't heard about the Henry Moore exhibit will have to find time for that. interesting Journal page and good use of the tissue background.
Have a good week, love n hugs Cindyxx #13
Kettle is always on, and something homemade in the biscuit jar if you hurry! Fancy finding the wrapping tissue from Paperartsy, you must have put that in a very accessible and sensible place! I know I would keep it too, look at it everyday for yonks and then come to use it and not be able to find it for love nor money! The sculptures coming in to Kew must be nightmare to move about, a real undertaking.
Love all the tissue pieces and it's great to have a stencil of the moment isn't it. Interesting sculpture with a few joining cracks I see, I wonder if they will deal with those before the Harris Fencing is removed? Sign - lovely tulips. Hugs Bj#3
