Sarah has the latest link for this week's WOYWW once more - we'd love to see your crafty spaces and tales of tidying and sorting (MaryAnne!)
Not a lot of either going on here....
I added some more layers to the journal page, with stamping and collage.
I did also scribble a border round the page after I thought
I'd finished as it didn't look finished!
Saturday's trip to
Kew was back to being dull and grey (though luckily dry)
so I photographed things (this is a teasel) from different angles
and was pleased to see some of my favourites back in flower.... the Temperate House used to label this Silver Daisy Bush and I loved it (still do) although that label now seems to be attached to something else...
however, it's a beauty!
I think we are in for a wet and windy visit to Kew this week (hoping that the forthcoming named storm doesn't strike too badly in the South of England and I can still go to Kew!
Happy WOYWW and see you soon.

I often do scribble borders on my journal pages, great when you just need that extra something. I do like this journal page now, love the white images on it and I have a similar stamp to that somewhere in my Dylusion stash.
Enjoy the rest of the week.

I love to see how you built up your journal page and the scribble edge sets it off. Keep taking those Kew pics, they are fab. You could make a great calendar with some of them 😀x x Jo 🌈
I've said it before, but I admire how you are able to begin a page and allow it to evolve over time. I tend to begin and finish in one sitting and that isn't always best :) I am now stuck in Galaxy Quest - “Never give up, never surrender!” mode LOL!
Happy WOYWW!

You were right, the page looked good before but it looks finished now. Thanks for your kind thoughts over at mine too. Wishing you a happy woyww, Angela x8x
Isn’t it funny how one simple thing can make all the difference to a page? That border is a prime example, it looked good before but now it’s finished. Hope you manage to get to Kew, we’re battening down the hatches here, I mean we’re used to high winds living on the coast but this looks a big un!

Love the finished page and your Kew pics are gorgeous...really wintery.

Hi Helen, I hope you make it to Kew in reasonable weather. We seem to lurch from storm to storm. Great journal page. Happy WOYWW. Angela #10
Loving your journal page and giggled at the fact that the sentiment is exactly opposite to my word for the year but there again it isn't iyswim. Amazing photos from Kew, the detail on the teasel and silver daisy looks so fluffy, opposites again and both beautiful. Hugs BJ#1
Your journal page is lovely and your Kew photos are very atmospheric. I could just imagine a mystery film set there! It was good to see a few early spring flowers, too.
Happy WOYWW

The scribble border is the perfect finishing touch to that journal page Helen. Hope you make it to Kew at the weekend and that the storm doesn't his too hard. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
Your journal page turned out very well! I do those scribble borders a lot, even around various shapes on a page! The Kew photos are awesome, I'm amazed that you go every week and always find something new to show us! Have a wonderful week, Lindart #14
I like a scribble border!
Love the picture of the teasel...mum and dad used to have them in their garden. Also the photo of the daisy bush.
Happy WOYWW! Susan #12
