Well, another week has flown by and we find ourselves at Wednesday and heading to Sarah's Craft Shed for WOYWW for a nose at crafty spaces.
I made a couple of cards at the weekend, one of which I can't share here yetI was talking to my Kew buddy Kim about not being able to find a happy anniversary stamp i used in the card and she said I should buy some of those multi-drawer boxes to organise them... so I showed her I have one or two..... you all have seen these many times but I am sharing them again!
(in fact I knew exactly where the stamp was, it was just I thought it would be too big for the card)
No fox cubs or swans surrounding Kim last week at Kew, but we did see....
a small deer - we've seen deer once or twice before but not normally in summer
and the hydrangeas - thought this one looked as if someone had thrown paint over it!
I enjoyed the golf at the weekend - and now looking forward to the Olympics starting this Friday
thanks for looking, I'll get round to your desks soon. Happy WOYWW

It's a very elegant card for your Brother and SIL.
Lovely photos as always, we are seeing quite a few Deer visitors the last week or two, mostly Muntjac and Red with the odd Roe, we always feel privileged to watch from our living room. They like to feed in the orchard, apples are coming thick and fast despite being nowhere near ready to pick, a very funny season this year.

That is a lovely card Helen, I'm like you, can't show for fear of it being seen by the recipient on here.
Kew just keeps on giving - this weekend a deer. How lovely. Think I need a trip to see some myself but not Kew as it is a tad too far.

Lovely card, same colours as the hydrangea! I’m glad you found the stamp as it works really well - sometimes my work space can look a bit crazy, but I know where everything is. That rule doesn’t apply to the rest of my life however, lol! Great pics from Kew, love the little deer.

Love the Anniversary card, I think this time of the year there are lots of those needed. I think you may start to see even more dear like that as they are becoming far more common we even get them at the back of the house now. I suspect it's a Muntjac. Oh and thanks I did get the four things on my list Lol! Happy woyww, Angela x11x
Lovely card. Always happy to see Kew and the deer a sweet bonus. Poppy loves being outside and SAFE, which is the main thing fo us. She's not a young cat so limiting her freedom to ensure she doesn't meet a grisly end is a fair trade off. I believe she would agree... :D

That's a great card for your brother and SIL Helen - very elegant. You can tell it's the summer holidays because I have had a lie in! Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
Oh definitely a paint splattered Hydrangea. I've managed to grow new plants from my original Hydrangeas, I took 4 cuttings (2 from each bush) last year and now have 3 plants, 2 flowering, dead chuffed. Love your anniversary card using the stamp I love too. Surely you could fit a few more of those multi-drawer boxes in???? Hugs BJ#13
Love the card and a peep into your storage....I try to always put things back in their 'place' because I hate looking for things.

Great card and photographs. It seems we both thought the phrase was “ Focus filled with” 🤣. Happy WOYWW. Angela #12
That's a great card Helen. It always makes me laugh when people advise me on stuff & I'm already doing it! I think that might be a little muntjac deer. I guess I'll have to start looking out for our little visitor now that the apples are starting to get ready to fall (far too early but who knows what season we are in anymore!!) Have a sunny week, Lisa-Jane #9
Lovely Anniversary card! Nice photos from Kew, especially the deer! Our fox kits have all grown up and we haven't seen them in a couple of weeks now, I guess they've gone off to find new homes. Have a lovely week, Lindart #15
A beautiful anniversary card, and as ever, great Kew photos especially of water lilies and a pink daisy, I think.
Take care and happy WOYWW

Well it is already Monday and I am only just getting round to commenting. I was taking part in a virtual retreat which started on Thursday and finished last night - pretty full on - especially as I had other commitments too. Anyway now to finish all the workshops! Lovely anniversary card - and nice to see a deer... Happy WOYWW! Susan #5
