WOYWW 662

Here we are again -  Wednesday when we meet at Julia's for WOYWW

This week hasn't been as productive as last week,

I did some more pattern play
and a journal page in my Dina album

got to use some of the images I'd pre-stamped from last week

I had a great trip to Kew on Saturday - the start of the Orchid Festival, was really good - and Channel 5 were there filming for the second series of their programme about Kew;  I was filmed (but not interviewed as some visitors were, luckily!)   they are filming up to July so no idea when the series will start or if I'll make the cut!
took lots of photos - the blog is a long one here    the weather was lovely again, sunny and not too cold
I'll share a couple to tease you

I am unlikely to get round any desks during my lunch break this week as it is unlikely I'll get much of one, things are very busy at work!  so I'll see you later.

Take care and see you soon

I’m rather late getting round today as I’m still playing catch-up from my 6 hours spent correcting my errors.
I love the patterns you’ve been working on this week.
Hugs,

Hi Helen that was a surprise when I found you're no. 24, I think I'm so used to seeing you early in the day that I thought I'd already been here this morning. Your visit to kew sounds good, I must watch out for that on TV. Loving the journal page too. Have a nice evening. Sending woyww hugs, Angela x10x

Hi Helen - we've traded places - I'm usually 20-something, and you're in the top few! I checked before I left for work, and the link was on - I have to get up earlier for my new job. It is scary being the new girl - so much to learn, whilst managing a new team, very daunting! Have a lovely week, Heather xx #2

Just dropped by to say hi and that I love how you created those patterns. For once, I had little to say at Kew, because i was just so mesmerized by the many orchid styles.

I love the pages Helen. I'm reading a book set in India at the moment and I am totally drawn your beautiful patterns, they really have that feel to them. I'll pop over to Kew shortly, can't wait to see the Orchids, but really must catch up on visiting desks first! I had to double check that I hadn't visited you already when I saw you at the end of the list!!
Hope you have a great week,

Oh I'll have to be on the lookout for that program. Kw is such a lovely place - it would have been better had you been interviewed as you are such a dedicated visitor. Are those MONKEYS at the top are artfuly arranged plants!? Love the journal page, as well, but then you know that already LOL!

Late again . . . but so very VAXED :)

I would have thought that you are quite an authority on Kew. They would have got a good interview from you I am sure. Take care Angela #9

Orchid has to be the plant with the most flowers types, whatever’s, doesn’t it…what a fab post, the collection is amazing. Sorry my lst3 start pushed you down the list, but it’s ok Wally isn’t it?! Work being more hectic than normal…is that the time of year or just a gear change I wonder. I hope you can absorb and deal it to normal! Loving the pattern play, looks entirely different in two colours, quite amazing to my eye!
