Thanks for sharing your tags at Tag It On on the theme of 2, last time. This fortnight, the lovely Catherine has picked the number 3..
I have no step by step photos...
I took a size 10 tag that I had tried out a labrynth stencil on (tinted texture paste) and added two more stencils - the art is script, and the cornflowers... so, 3 stencils, 3 cornflowers, and 3 threes!
I stuck to a greeny-blue colourscheme.
The Teesha Moore girl was stamped on a scrap of paper and coloured with watercolour pencils
I chose the text (a Tim Holtz stamp) because she looks like she is exploring in amongst the forest of cornflowers...
Quite pleased how this one came out, wish the photos weren't all quite so wonky...
hope you'll check out the rest of the teams' tags and please join in - you have two weeks, starting now, lol!!
A really interesting tag Helen, really like how you have built up the patters from the square through to the flowers, really very effective.

ReplyDeleteYou should be pleased - I think it works wonderfully. Love the textured stencilling, and in such a lovely colour, and the Teesha Moore girl is perfect with those words - I love her texty vest. I can see between you and Sam you're going to entice me into a whole new world of stamps at this rate.
