WOYWW - 26th Feb

Not much room for anything on my workspace today - for the very good (strike that  - for the very annoying) reason that my TV has finally given up the ghost and won't work at all  - so have to watch the portable tv from the bedroom on my computer footstool!


So now as well as needing (definately not just wanting) to save money for all the new stash that is being launched at the American CHA trade show later this week - I now have to find some money to buy a new TV!  Where are those winning lottery numbers when you need them!


So as there is nothing to see on my craftspace today, here is another shot of the boxes of unmounted stamps  (Paperartsy in the box on the left, apart from the Paperbag studios set at the back, and assorted ones in the box on the right)
The green object in front of the drawer unit is a storage box I got recently for a few quid and need to assemble soon.

(Edit) reading some of your comments early on, I may have given the impression I am going to CHA - I wish - it's trade only - but my wish list for when the new ranges are released is mega long.....

    Gosh id love the go the the CHA ...mind surpose hubby glad we live in uk..as prob be spent up if i did.Well have good time if you go.Mind you will have to weigh up craft stuff or telly...mmmmmmmm l;eave that one to you

    Ah, there's probably nothing to good on the t.v. anyway if your neck of the woods is like it is here - much more fun to live in a bubble and have moolah for CHA.

    I am so sorry to hear about the TV going. At least you have a spare, even if it is an inconvenient portable. I'm sure you'll find a way to get another one soon.

    Sorry I missed you last week. My time was simply not my own. At least I'm trying to make it up this week. I simply can't believe how many stamps you have. And I hope you'll show the storage box when it's finished. I'll bug you about it, too!! Happy WOYWW from #10.

    Well let me tell you you are not the only one in need of a new tv - mine gave in on Sunday so I should be hunting for one although it wasn't in any of my financial plans! Lovely stash - so many Paperarty stamps - I love them but only have 2 sets!

    Hehe, everybody wants to go to CHA, all I can say is it's a good thing I am not going. I have absolutely no room for any more stuff!! I know I would buy lots of yummy goodies even if I didn't need it. My stuff already proves that fact...lol

    Morning, sorry to hear your TV has gone to TV heaven. I am glad I cannot go to CHA as I would need to pay some real excess duty and my Bank Manager might be phoning me to curb my spendings on the other hand could offer me a loan.     My boyfriend seems to be willing our TV to break just so he can get a 3D one! Although I'm not sure I like the idea of those silly glasses.

    Sorry about your tv,don't feel bad,so far this year my tumble dryer,which shares my workspace with me has died and then 2 weeks ago my washing machine went!!!! Got washing machine repaired but not the tumble dryer,shame cos that was my excuse for nipping out to my workspace lol

    I have a TV on the wall and sometimes that decides it doesn't want to work, so I switch to the lap top, very useful things! Love all those draws, really want them

    Have you noticed that everything breaks down at the worst possible time and usually all together? Still, at least you will have more time for crafting without a tv to watch. Have lots of fun at the CHA.

    To be honest I seem to watch only the BBC iplayer during the day - and listen to Radio a lot :) But *I* want those winning numbers so get in line... :)

    Well, we're back home processed and legal again for another 10 years! Can't believe you're after more new stash! You're going to have to get a lock up soon! I can't craft when the telly is on, can't do anything when it's on, it's too much of a distraction to me. If the voltage was right you could have our old Sony as we're just got our very first flat screen TV, about 10 year later than anyone else, but we don't watch it that much!

    Good luck with the TV situation.....but if it were craft supplies or TV, hmmm, I think I know what I'd choose!
    Then again who knows what lovely new and improved items we'll see come out of CHA. You can always play with all those unmounted stamps! That would make for a nice day!

    Y'know my desk is the same this week, nothing to really show exept a card I made & then forgot to take a pic & tidied away! I would love a good root through all your boxes bet theres loads of goodies in them! :) Hope you get a TV sorted out! I know what you mean about the Lotto, your numbers never come up when you need them to! Anyhow if I win this week I will buy you a new TV! so there, you have at least 2 chances this week
