Tag Tuesday - Crowns

Today's Tag Tuesday challenge theme is "crowns" although I nearly got it totally wrong because I mis-read it as clowns.  Louise tells me this is very unlikely to be a theme, ever!!

Anyhow, I found a grungeboard crown which I painted with inka gold in gold and a wet finger, but after my tag was coloured, decided the gold didn't look right and went over the top in inka gold, violet. Oh, I haven't inserted the picture! What a twit.

I used victorian velvet and bundled sage for the tag which I then put through the bigshot with Tim's texture fade.

I stamped "Eric" on white card and coloured with watercolour pencils before cutting him out and sticking him to the tag.  I added the Wendy text to another piece of white scrap and added the same ink colours as on the tag.  Finally, I crowned Eric! 

I think this needs somethng else, but despite having a good rummage through lots of my drawers, I couldn't find anything that felt/looked "right" so this is it!!
