Dragons Dream - TIO - S and blue

It's my talented teamie May's turn to set the theme this fortnight, for your tags at Dragons Dream - the letter S and blue.

I started with stencilling some grunge paste through a new stencil from Version Scrap that I got at the weekend in Paris, and spraying it with the After Midnight Dylusion spray, and lightening it a little with White Linen .
I also dabbed away a little of the darkest blue areas with a damp paper towel.  Then for my S - Sunflowers...

for which I used some little wooden flowers that my friend Lin and I bought last time round at Ally Pally (off again this weekend...)

that I painted first with Snowflake Fresco and then Tango Fresco (it's a translucent colour, so needs the opaque behind to allow the colour to pop.  I used Chocolate Pudding for the sunflower centres.  The sentiment is from one of Lin Brown's new words sets for Paperartsy.

I edged the paper scrap with Squeezed Lemonade distress ink and a thin line of Vintage Photo and finally added some string for another "S"!

Thanks for looking, and do come along and play with us at Dragons-Dream - we'd love to see your tags. Just make sure you use one real stamp.
