WOYWW 885

 welcome back lovely deskers, it's time again for WOYWW . Hope you're all well. 

Thanks to LLJ for the card and atc for the anniversary - which I have forgotten to photograph!!  

I made a journal page in the Dina ledger last weekend,  I started by splodging red (Tomato) and green (Forest) Paperartsy Fresco paints somewhat randomly They're both translucent paints

added stripes of Frosty Fresco which is an opaque one. 


added a touch of slightly watered down gesso to tone down the green and red,  stamped some Dina men in  the "boxes" created by the Frosty paint 

stamped some more images from the same stamp set as the men (it's a set called You Are the Universe - the stones and the sentiment. 


Saturday of course, was Kew  


you know I love alliums!

the Canada goslings were huddling together

    So many layers to that page that I wouldn’t have realised had you not explained what you did, thanks! Love both ‘huddled’ shots of the alliums and the geese lol!! The Henry Moor sculptures you’ve shown have been amazing xx

    Aw thanks for sharing the Alliums my favourite too and the colour goes without saying. Ours are struggling this year with the lack of rain. Aw the goslings look all so fluffy. Super journal page you have some cool stamps. Hugs Bj#6

    Great page of so many layers and I love the sculpture you have been sharing. Sweet goslings too!

    Reading your first para I am reminded that I have not even looked at my PA paints since before Christmas! I hope they are alright, that must be 6 months.
    As for the NBUs - 1 a week would only take a year......

    Fantastic shot of the alliums, blimey, such rich colour. I liked the page and paint descriptions and then had to go back because despite looking carefully at the text and the men, I hadn’t seen stones!
