WOYWW 848

Happy WOYWW one and all.  Another week has flown by and Sarah has the link as usual

I had hoped to have new goodies this week to show but they're not here yet... due to be delivered to work today .

I did start another page in the ledger journal though

layers of paint, and stencils

then added some stamped images and some tissue birds

We're running out of early entries at Kew (they go so fast) so it was good to see some sunshine last weekend

I did a lot of wide angle shooting which enhances the blue sky beautifully!

and the centrepiece in the Carbon Garden

This is  me trying to get up again after photographing on the floor!

I will probably be late round most people's desks this week as we have a team meeting in the afternoon and we're staying on for drinks and possibly something to eat afterwards (we go to the local Holiday Inn so there are no phones )
so I'll see you when I can!  Happy WOYWW

  3. Are you sure it’s just coffee and cake you have at Kew and not something a little alcoholic?? That’s a great pic of you, made me smile, you’re still getting down on the floor to do something creative! Love the journal page, the colours and pretty and I like the sentiment too xx

  7. Hi Helen, I love your bright and beautiful ledger page. You look very uncomfortable on the ground at Kew, but it's obviously well worth it for the beautiful shots you take - suffering for your art I think they call it! I hope you enjoy your new stash when if arrives, I'm waiting for my first craft purchase in 6 months - I'm hoping it will fuel some creativity and enthusiasm!
Hope you have a great week,

  11. I KNOW you lie down to take photos, I've experienced it. Otherwise I wouldn't believe your explanation!! You're looking great gal, and I appreciate your hard work to get me these beautiful wide angle shots! I love the ledger page...thought it was going down the shell route till I saw it finished, amazing!
