WOYWW 835

Morning deskers.  happy June!    It's time for another WOYWW meet up at Sarah's

I don't have any crafting to share this week - of my own -   Sunday is normally the day I do any crafting but I was too tired

I do have more anniversary atcs though,  the one I forgot to photograph last week from Julia and my PIF partner, Cindy

thanks ladies.

Saturday turned out quite warm at Kew and the colours were fabulous
on the poppies,

and on Goldie, the golden pheasant who we saw for the first time in a while

although, truth be told he was looking a little less vibrant than normal - it's probably a seasonal thing!

the weekend coming is forecast wet so will be different again!

till next time, Happy WOYWW  and hopefully there'll be crafting to show!

  1. Sorry you didn't feel like crafting this week, super ATCs and love the poppies, my red ones don't seem to come back much although my Welsh one have taken over the garden! I just let the garden go with the flow these days.... Hugs BJ#1

  3. My poppies have been wonderful this year. At first they came up a wee bit smaller than usual and then wow - they were the lovely big ones I am used to.
It happens with crafting that other things get in the way, I only had the needle felting to show but I need to do some papercrafting to make me feel I am crafting.
Have a good week despite the rain.

  10. Lovely ATCs, Helen, and your Kew photos were beautiful. I loved the peonies - I keep telling ours it’s time to flower but it isn’t listening 😹. Was the purple flower between the alliums lavender?
    Happy WOYWW

  13. How lovely to recieve ATCs in the mail - my one ATC from Mary Anne was such a nice surprise! I love the poppies, one of my favourite flowers, and the pheasant is vibrant - I can't really imagine it more vibrant! I certainly know how fatigue can wreak havoc on creativity! Hope you are feeling better soon, Lindart#16

  14. Golly, I hope you're not overdoing it Miss Helen, although I do understand the tiredness that makes you can't be bothered, but I thought you were resistant. Cindy's ATC is great isn't it. As for colours, you have an eye for them don't you, through the lens and on paper. Tajpke sunscreen, windbreak and umbrella on Saturday, it's going to be four seasons!
