WOYWW 278

Thanks for stopping by for another What's on your Workdesk Wednesday?  Join in here and have fun.

As promised (threatened?!) last week I am opening the lid on the box next to where I sit at the computer - it needs a sort out, like so much else and if I could find somewhere else for all the stuff on top of it, I may even use some of what's IN the box!!
Underneath the top layer of flowers, are all manner of Glimmer Mists, buttons, bits, pieces and more flowers!  The box underneath this one holds (more) stamps! I think I did share that once a long time ago!

Short and sweet from me today, as I am fighting a sore throat so I can't promise to visit many desks but I'll try. I am away at the weekend, somewhere I haven't been before, but will share all next week!

Sorry about the throat - you'll have to try Bridget's remedy she mentioned today. That is certainly a box of delights - I'd love to pop by and play. Take care, Chris # 16

Ooh, mystery trip at weekend - can't wait for the posts.
Think that sore throat is telling you to slow down Helen, you need to rest and have lots of drinks to soothe it and maybe bring your temperature down.
Hugs, Neet 34 - thanks for visiting me earlier

You'll have to get some of Bridget Larsens home remedy on the go...that'll help! Hope it doesn't develop into a cold....
That's a lot of stash not to use...challenge yourself to get through it all in the next six months:-)
Hugs, LLJ 30 xx

Oh Helen, hope you can conquer the sore throat thing..apart from feeling crappy, it's so inconvenient to be poorly. I don't use flowers much, so even the few that I still have are unlikely to play a part in anything I use..you have put me in mind of thinking about a bit of a clear up...oh that's not good.

I was up (like I often am) at about 4. I have no idea how I get so lucky. :) Me too, with a sore throat today. I put it down to the stress of visitors and not enough vitamin C ... and DD who comes home from school with all manner of bugs that get passed on. I hope it doesn't interfere with your trip - we want to hear all about it :)

Happy WOYWW!

I could sort that box for you though to be honest I have similar boxes with stuff I haven't used for ages but it's difficult to let it go.
Hope you have a great week and happy crafting, Angela x 39

Thanks for your visit earlier - It would seem that we should have stayed with cable ......
I am sorting out boxes at mo, not finding such great goodies in mine though - more like scraps of papers!!
Enjoy the week and have lots of playing time with your new goodies.

I don't really see you as a cute/flower kind of girl so I can see why you don't go in to the box very often. I've been wearing my homemade socks more in the last couple of weeks as the temperatures start to drop here too, we have a low on Saturday of just 4C, might be wearing those socks in bed, lol! Oh! Love that card in the next post that you made for your friends birthday.

What a gorgeous box of treasures, Helen - what fun we would all have, if we could have a good old rummage! Sorry to hear you've got a sore throat and I hope it doesn't develop into anything further. Unfortunately we are now entering that awful season for colds!
